@squaarepaants @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Same issues with me as I am after 'em frm a mnth and all I hear is our team will get back to u asap. Also being forcefull, had to consume my whole day data during the morning hrs by dwnloading random web series so that I won't regret by the night. cause it won't work afterwards.

@airtelindia I have been following up for my WiFi being down since last night. The only way to contact you is via IVR. Your IVR service should be robust enough for follow up as per your commitment or please go back to the old way where an operator attends to our problems.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your Madurai, TN branches doesn't have SIM stock for the last 4 weeks for replacement. Is this a restock issue or just doesn't care about customers attitude? The manager doesn't care responding and cust. care is a joke. Time to move away from Airtel.
