    Till now I’m facing network issue. I’ve recharged extra data pack to work from home. The kind of services airtel is providing I’m really disappointed. If you can’t provide proper services plz don’t commit for better services. My fault I’ve shifted from Geo @airtelindia

    Shifted to airtel from geo for better data n connectivity. I was working from home(19th March) believing my network provider, suddenly there was a network outrage at Kokrajhar district (Assam) for an hour from 2.15 to 3.20. Thr was no network @airtelindia

    @squaarepaants @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Same issues with me as I am after 'em frm a mnth and all I hear is our team will get back to u asap. Also being forcefull, had to consume my whole day data during the morning hrs by dwnloading random web series so that I won't regret by the night. cause it won't work afterwards.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi We logged Wifi not working complaint since 5days back till date no one resolved the issue and closed the complaint backend without resolution SR: 11033719598 And again we repon ticket 2days back and still issue is not resolved.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team there is a service ticket created regarding billing issue and no one has responded yet since last 5 days. The bill is overdue and in next 2 days the service gets disrupted.

    @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
