@squaarepaants @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Same issues with me as I am after 'em frm a mnth and all I hear is our team will get back to u asap. Also being forcefull, had to consume my whole day data during the morning hrs by dwnloading random web series so that I won't regret by the night. cause it won't work afterwards.

Shifted to airtel from geo for better data n connectivity. I was working from home(19th March) believing my network provider, suddenly there was a network outrage at Kokrajhar district (Assam) for an hour from 2.15 to 3.20. Thr was no network @airtelindia

And now when i am back to my base location….activated my connection, now monthly bills are coming. When i called the customer care, i was informed that since i activated the safe custody, my remaining 4 months will be forfeited. @airtelindia does not care
