  @squaarepaants @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Same issues with me as I am after 'em frm a mnth and all I hear is our team will get back to u asap. Also being forcefull, had to consume my whole day data during the morning hrs by dwnloading random web series so that I won't regret by the night. cause it won't work afterwards.

They are now struggling to reactivate the same numbers. The service center is demanding ₹2000 per SIM. This is how you care for your loyal senior customers? I’m not in India and can’t help them directly. Kindly escalate on priority and help reactivate urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelindia I first tried to get it closed via chat option but it did not work, then I called airtel CC & tried to raise request, the lady made me wait for 17 minutes annoyed me by asking to get nternet issue resolved whereas my request was to simple close connection...

  @airtelindia I have raised 4 service requests that I am not to access internet and make or receive calls from my location in hyd, None of them were resolved nor connected with me back. And more over now customer care is disabled. Porting to other provider now, absolute nonsense
