    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews your internet speed sucks. Please improve your 4g internet else tell me you can't so I'll switch back to jio. I am paying 558rs for 3gb per day plan but your internet speed is just ****. My airtel number is +91-8285085369

    @airtelindia dear airtel I had done my 399 recharge on my no. 7860592871 on date 19feb2002 for 56 days , but now I m getting notification my pack is ending on tomorrow . if we count days from 19feb2020 then tomorrow 24 days counted.kindly look in to issue @CES @ConsumerReports

    @sarojvss38 @JioCare dude in today's scenario, @reliancejio & @airtelindia is best... whatever internet stuff u r watching is just because of jio as they came with their cheapest internet packs when other network providers were charging ₹250/1GB 3G 👏🏼 kudos Jio 🎉🎊

    I am getting worst internet speed. I am regretting switching to airtel4g from Jio4g network. If airtel is not going to help me out i will switch back to Jio4g. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is utter bullshit. It's been more than 4 days since I recharged my broadband and still the service has not resumed yet. Your employee don't even care about it, they just share each other numbers and ask to talk to them for the resolution.

    @airtelindia I have been facing a problem for the last 8 months. Have done 2 sim ports in Jio. There is no response to regular talk on customer care. Service has become very bad, what is the problem that your company has left many customer networks, whose solution is not being possible

    @airtelindia I am trying to remove my child number since 2 days from family plan and your customer care officers are unable to do the same.Every new day they are asking to pay new bill. It's continuously 2 days I'm paying bill. Now I want to port from Airtel, Im done with your services and your incapable customer care officer. The most recent one was super useles person, he was sleeping on call and saying you have to pay every day as he can't help me @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia situation in guwahati - Internet goes off post 10 pm everyday for 3-4 hours. Service engineers don't visit even after 3 days. Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.

    @airtelindia @airtelpune disgusting service to have one air fiber connection shifted from one bldg to another. 3 days wait. No tech calls or shows and customer service just says sorry. 3 days and counting yet no contact and have alrdy shifted to the new bldg.

    @airtelindia we had a airtel black connection for nearly 3 years and there were no issues however now we're shifting to a new place and your technician told us that airtel connection is not possible at that place, however it's impossible to cancel the plan
