    @airtelindia dear airtel I had done my 399 recharge on date 19feb2002 for 56 days , but now I m getting notification my pack is ending on tomorrow . if we count days from 19feb2020 then tomorrow 24 days counted.kindly look in to issue @CES @ConsumerReports

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews your internet speed sucks. Please improve your 4g internet else tell me you can't so I'll switch back to jio. I am paying 558rs for 3gb per day plan but your internet speed is just ****. My airtel number is +91-8285085369

    Hi @airtelindia one of your sales representative has done fraud with me, he sold me a connection of fiber and postpaid bundling with Airtel black at 590/month but 121 customer care they are saying plan is of 1060/month . Regretting the decision to port from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is utter bullshit. It's been more than 4 days since I recharged my broadband and still the service has not resumed yet. Your employee don't even care about it, they just share each other numbers and ask to talk to them for the resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i think i have made a bad decision of switching to airtel. Facing worst internet speed for a month. I recharge with Rs 598 3 gb per day data pack but internet speed is very very bad. Please help if you can or i will surely switch back to Jio.Thankyou

    @airtelindia recently i visited Himachal like spiti kaza chitkul i was surprised that network was on emergency/Zero service & some how @reliancejio was able to gv 4G/5G service, not comparing but plans/price are same but atleast basic calling & low Internet is expected

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?
