I recharge with Rs 598 3 gb per day data pack but internet speed is very very bad. Please help if you can or i will surely switch back to Jio.Thankyou

Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. If my issue is not solved by the end of the day, I will be complaining at the consumer grievance. I haven't been able to use the internet for the last 5 days. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created. You are not even replying on dm.
