    The worse decision we took was taking an @airtelindia broadband connection. Their sales people play games in the name of free connection with a new one and their customer care are idiots who will call you 10 times a day even though you've spoken in detail with the first person.

    @airtelindia seems they are not willing to provide any service to prepaid customers. Trying to update my email to get an esim. The only way according to Airtel is by calling 121 and figured out it does nothing after exploring 30 mins.

    TRAI should take strict action against @airtelindia which has become BJP's puppet slave network like jio and which illegally blocked Internet connection in my hometown for four hours to just disturb me and my wife as per the illegal orders of PM Modi or BJP or DMK criminals.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network is getting worst. This is the 3rd time I am raising issue for call drops in last 2 months, it works fine for few days and again I face this issue. I want permanent solution this time or else switching to different company.

    There's no Airtel network from 3 hours in my location(Jashpur, pin - 496331). Not the first time facing this issue. It has started happening often these days. Totally unsatisfied with such mobile network service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
