    @airtelindia lousy/worst network in my location.. Complaint many times but there's no any solution... Even I get 3G at the rooftop... Sab try karo fir airtel kabhi na choose karo....Your dreams of zero complains makes me laugh.. #ShameOnYou

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airte Hi Team, We are facing a lot of problems in Internet usage as we are getting even 2g sometimes, we have complained several times but issues is not resolved.

    @airtelindia Every follow-up call is simply redirected to an IVR, forcing customers to navigate endless menus instead of connecting to someone who can actually help. This only wastes customers' valuable time and causes unnecessary frustration rather than resolving the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There’s been a network issue inside my home for the past 2 months. Signal is strong only near the window. I raised a complaint earlier, but it was marked resolved even though the issue persists. I never had this problem before. Pls fix this issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 72+ hr deadlock for Account 20006565731 (Escalation #1-178963246926). A stuck backend order blocks creating a new request, yet support loops on feasibility. 5+ yrs Airtel Black customer getting runarounds & fake mutes. Fix it!

    Been an @airtelindia Black customer for years — 10 unresolved service requests in 2 weeks, engineers refusing to own the issue ("not my dept"), support unable to help. Almost our entire society has already left Airtel over this. Fix it or lose another customer. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia my issue of new DTh is not yet resolved and nor self i able yo connect with any customer care, i have dripped message in also , but reply is only problem escalated , this is pathetic state of your service

    @airtelindia since 2 day same issue of network and internet in area pin 411046 jadav nagar Katraj Pune ground floor. No internet no calls bar. Worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence useless
