    Everytime someone on their 121 call centre “assures me personally” it will be done in 24 hours with no way for me to follow back. I have had 5 such calls now. no complaint ID to follow, nothing shared in written. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Have been trying to get in touch with @Airtel_Presence for an open issue I have since over a week. Tried calling 121, tried emailing. Nothing. Worse network, worst customer care. @airtelindia
