Anjali Vaswani (@anjalivaswani86) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even on IVR menu from other network it will all talk nonsense expect from connecting to customer service, its good to use AI however atleast give a damn option to register a complaint. Stores are closed now not sure how i can get it fixed 😡
