I requested to speak with the Branch Manager, who informed me that porting back to prepaid could be done. However, I had a flight back the same day and did not have sufficient time to complete the process.

DrBSS (@drbss82) reported@airtelindia It's partly problem with pixel which switches to DSDS mode with dual sim. For testing purpose when I removed jio sim n maintained only airtel, it's always connects to 5g, with jio it always shows LTE.. will check other reasons n update.
