@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence over a month ago, my copper line DSL went down. Because of the frequent issues, I opted to get "tech upgradation" to fiber optic. That ticket is open since the first week of August. I've had enough of your ground team's shenanigans.

My goodness @airtelindia 4G data is so slow, that in order to pay the AIRTEL BILL - I literally have to use the Jio Wifi/Hotspot to make its app work!

@SharadBishnoi05 Same situation in '18. Jhak mara ke i hd to stay wth @airtelindia for 3 mnths. Standing on road, I'm still not abl to make calls. Tickets raised to them r promptly closed. Reason: They werent able to contact me.🤬🤬🤬 Network nahi hai, tamboora contact hoga. Irony died many times
