    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence You are making fool to the people. I am using Xstreame Fibre which should get a landline service but unfortunately landline service is not available from your end. Why Customer should pay full amount if you aren't providing full service?

    @airtelindia 18th day , Still Airtel couldn't able to solve a simple issue of profile update. Such a poor customer service experience. personally visited 6-7 times to the store now. Everytime given the excuse of waiting for back end team response. @Airtel_Presence your sevice is the worst

    @SandeepParekh @airtelindia FYI... very hard it can be. Based on true experiences across service providers. Some internal id liking needs to happen, not just mobile number to new SIM... that comes down to internal system data base update and refresh rate. Worst case it can go to 15 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really disappointed with Airtel service these days. 2 cases are still open with no action despite multiple calls and assurances from customer care. Paying bills regularly but not getting valid services in return. Pathetic experience. resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia this is extremely disappointing service. I purchased the ₹39 3GB/day data pack but not received the data benefits. After that, I recharged again with the ₹49 unlimited pack and now even the internet is not working properly. Money deducted but service not provided

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, the network coverage in Hyderabad has become extremely poor over the last few days. Frequent call drops, weak signal, and slow internet are causing major inconvenience. Pls look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Airtel #Hyderabad

    @airtelindia more than 24 hours my wifi isn’t working and your team supposed to be least bothered. Do you guys understand how difficult it can be a working professional to be available basis the schedule of your representative to be at home, so that the issue can be fixed.
