    @airtelindia Not a satisfactory service. Already having a wifi connection amd still have to wait for 5 days for TV OTT box installation is not a sign of good customer service. Moreover either on App or on toll free no proper reply.

    @airtelindia - Your Airtel Black plan is worse plan offered to a customer, all to arm twist a customer. Experience to talk your customer care is worse than before. Definitely a degrade in services and experience overall
