Bengal Lens (@BengalLens_) reportedI genuinely regret having to post this publicly, but after endless frustration, I have no other option. My experience with @airtelindia has been nothing short of mentally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to reach a human representative feels impossible, and the Airtel Thanks App is practically useless when you actually need support. All I wanted was to shift my broadband connection barely 100 metres away, yet despite repeated attempts, there has been no resolution. This kind of negligence towards paying customers is unacceptable. What's even worse is that for the past one year, I have been facing frequent internet disruptions. Every single month, I lose around 7 days of service despite paying for the entire month. I end up paying for a service that I simply don't receive. The constant follow-ups, unanswered requests, and complete lack of accountability have been mentally draining. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they're already paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airtel to anyone. A company that fails to provide reliable service and basic customer support doesn't deserve its customers' trust. Airtel is far far away from quality, neither they have quality network nor the staff representing the customer care service. Extremely disappointed. 👎🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Jitendra Biswal (@Jeeeetu1) reported@airtelindia @Airtel, Very disappointed. Despite heavy advertisements for Airtel Xstream Fiber, the service is still unavailable in Arya Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar—a prime residential area just behind DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur. It's frustrating to see.

Big promises, but zero performance when it actually matters. Resolve this technical glitch right now or I'm disconnecting this service! #AirtelDown #AirtelAirFiber #FixIt

Tirtha🦇🔊 (@sarkerium) reportedAirtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.
