The support experience has been just as disappointing as the service itself. How long are customers expected to tolerate this before someone takes responsibility and fixes it?

    @airtelindia I want to discontinue airtel. Every sunday the wifi is down in satara and there is no person to help nor do i get the required speed please guide as to how to discontinue as internet is required for every basic need now and this is very unreliable.

    eSIM transfer was seamless, but blocking SMS/OTP for 24 hrs makes no sense. Calls and data work, yet banking apps, UPI setup and OTP-based services are unusable. Can Airtel provide a secure customer verification process instead of a blanket lock? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
