    Dear @airtelindia, please stop calling me 4–5 times a day asking me to recharge my Wi-Fi. I’ll recharge when I want to. Stop this harassment. If an inactive connection is such a problem, you’re welcome to collect your router. Please remove my number from your calling list.

    @airtelindia Your network is not working since today morning in Vapi city and surrounding areas, even @ViCustomerCare network off but they resume it, while it's only @JioCare who gives uninterrupted services during this extremely heavy rainfall. Shame on you #Airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I have paid for services that Airtel has failed to provide. I expect: • A full refund for the period during which the services were unavailable. • Immediate resolution, or I will permanently switch to another service provider.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I first tried to get it closed via chat option but it did not work, then I called airtel CC & tried to raise request, the lady made me wait for 17 minutes annoyed me by asking to get nternet issue resolved whereas my request was to simple close connection...

    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

    Hi @airtelindia Even after multiple requests for disconnection & closure of Airtel wifi starting 1.June.2026 there is no resolution & bill is continuously generated & being falsely charged. Initially your CC executives were not willing to close connection and kept wasting time.
