@airtelindia @Bhartiairtel3 @airtelnews nobody is doing response on call. One gives another’s number and so on. Everyone takes call one time only then no reply. I have 2 broadband connection and so much headache. No value of customer’s time.

@airtelindia since last 2 times I missed the due date for my postpaid no. and strangely there calls on my Brother and Mother’s no. For bill payment but not a single call on my phone. Is it a new technique? Highly unprofessional and pathetic! Switching the network provider.

Very substandard service from Hathway. Been 6 days and no response from @HathwayBrdband team on the internet issue. I have been a long time user. Will discontinue now. No wonder @airtelindia is quickly replacing you in Hyderabad.
