    @airtelindia I have done recharge with 899 on two connections and both are not getting hotstar subscription whereas airtelthanks app still showing it. This is bad, your executive says it's not mandatory that you get this subscription than why it is listed it on app. Pls resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very Sad Experience with ur service, v have been following up with airtel wifi team for installation but there is no response. Multiple times we were called on site & no one reached or picked up calls. Request id for activation is ID E51732ATR7.

    @airtelindia is customer care is the worst. Had to select various options and wait 20 minutes to reach them. Then, the background noise at their end was unbearable. The worst part is the query was not resolved.
