  Airtel thanks app is the worst app created. I made a request for IPTV. They assigned me wrong agent - and that agent declined to do the job. He gave me some other agent no and they not responding to calls. Absolute scum bags. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia My wifi 01132764321 is down since yesterday. I can see the broken wire. Please note a complaint. Further I tried to make a SR through Airtel thanks app but its so complicated and over dependent on AI bot that it doesn't even help to create a SR.

  @airtelnews @airtelindia I thought they must have fixed the wifi issue and when I came bacm home, the signal was still solid red and there was no solution we got and I called them again and this time, I asked them to transfer the call to the manager.

  I want to port all four no..of mine from Airtel to jio due to pathetic network and customer service from Airtel , after paying 1500 a month all I get is call drops , internet not working most of the time and unable to get in intouch with customer service always @airtelindia
