    @airtelindia Your network is really getting pathetic day by day. I can't even load a simple page. For a whatsapp message to get delivered it takes around 10 minutes. Sincerely, a very frustrated airtel user since 10 years. Now I think I should be switching to Jio.

    Last month @airtelindia gave me a bill with ISD calls I never made, told me different stories and never resolved the issue as promised. Was forced to pay the bill to avoid late fee. If there was no lockdown I wouldn't continue one more day with Airtel.

    What a rubbish network being provided by @airtelindia!! If only @DoT_India & @TRAI provide a provision that an operator could be sued for a trash quality network. This and that of all promises being India's no.1 network. Come out of VIP areas, get a hold of the reality. 😡😡

    @airtelindia Alert..I received a message from a no 8274973575 claiming from airtel customer care. I doubted & called. The person claimed to be from Airtel, when I questioned he started using abusive language. Plz check & take it to police. Another no in SMS was 8167273632

    @Airtel_Presence While u r busy trying make an excuse here, the engineers have visited the site and somewhat rectified the problem. @airtelindia look into these excuses being used as tool in the social media. @DoT_India any action for giving false information to the consumers?

    @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Customer Service has been harassing me over phone from Sep 13,2021 (Since I raised a Disconnection request for Broadband).Finally the ticket has been closed stating that I am willing to continue the service (which is wrong)

They were not willing to improve anything in 5 years and were trying to resell Fibre connection, which they did not have in my building, Ultimately left than after many many years . USELESS to the core
