For a whatsapp message to get delivered it takes around 10 minutes. Sincerely, a very frustrated airtel user since 10 years. Now I think I should be switching to Jio.

Was forced to pay the bill to avoid late fee. If there was no lockdown I wouldn't continue one more day with Airtel.

I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location.
