@Airtel_Presence To be very clear, Don't call me back. Am porting, NOT because your network or speed is bad but my balance use to get deducted for no reason. You @airtelindia suck. I would have still stayed with #Airtel even if you network is horrible but I can't tolerate cheating.

Airtel stoled money from customer by consuming more data on internet. My data plan is 3GB/day but when i compared with another network AIRTEL consumed data very fast on same browsing. @airtelindia @HRDMinistry

@Anantkanozia @airtelindia @reliancejio Jio is no better. I am facing network issue in a Metro city and Jio customer service is not helping at all. People can't reach me and calls get dropped in between. Still they keep saying, they will improve "soon" from last 1 year.

@AjwadShaikh3 @airtelindia The whole telecom sector in India is under immense stress. With only 3 major players. Only one of them has deep pockets and it does not face the AGR issues. So, in order to survive the telecoms have to increase price.

@airtelindia In the past one month I have faced problem with broadband more than 4 times, and each time Airtel took more than 48 hours to temporarily resolve it. Broadband no: 013547275140 It caused loss of 10 working days, would Airtel compensate for the loss?

@airtelindia Spoke 2 customer care exec. Was told recharge for MAIN Balance (whatever that means). Then spoke to supervisor. Was told if rechd Rs 10 (main bal was Rs 76) could convert 28 day plan by dialling *567*79#. Recd msg that the number is not eligible for OPT IN service.
