    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @JioCare Thank you for your service. I have paid airtel india @airtelindia and thr cconnection is happening tomorrow morning. I shall let this month pass and wont oay thr bill for jio fiber. You fix it or break it. Also portinng my sim to airtel now

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst service. Set Top Box already returned (Shiprocket confirmed), yet Ekart keeps sending wrong pickup requests. My WiFi router is still not picked up. Fix this within 24 hours or I escalate to Consumer Forum. @EkartLogistics

    Really regret porting from Jio. @airtelindia, you have 24 hours to consolidate our lines to the 1199 plan and fix the IPTV before I file a formal case with the Consumer Forum (NCH) and TRAI. Stop ignoring your customers.

    Reminder 5 Finally received a contact number (+917037496750) to resolve my issue, but no response—calls unanswered. Is this the level of service expected from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia? Absolutely third-class customer support. Disappointing.
