@airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

@airtelindia On jan 9th am facing issue in my sim then am changed the sim on 10th jan. O. 10th onwards m not avle to use VOLTE services all the settings are enabled in ny handset all the troubleshoots i have tried given by you. Almost 1 month gone still am not able to use VOLTE.

@airtelindia For the Airtel broadband prepaid customers you are not providing invoice and GST number, very bad. How should an IT person claim the bill from the company.Why can't you provide invoice number for the bills we pay? Very bad experience with Airtel

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia if your company is not able to handle customer problem and charging bills without any usages then let us know because we are paying bills with our hard earned money. Need to solve it on AEAP basis and reimburse our bill charges accordingly.
