  If you want most inconsiderate unprofessional and lying customer service, then please opt for airtel internet service. Have experienced the worst service.. non resolution and non helpful service. I would advise people to steer clear . @airtelindia @airtelnews @TheSiasatDaily

  @airtelindia It’s been over a month with no proper response. Recharge prices keep increasing, yet internet is extremely slow, and in my area, the network stops completely whenever the power goes out. I ported from Jio to Airtel trusting your network, but that trust is fading now.

  I've been told by CS that there I no issue from their end. Pathetic, why is my internet keeps getting disconnected when no issue. Even if the issue is from my end would be able to fix it on my own? Restarting modem is not the only fix always. Going to disconnect @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Can't see 1.5 GB per day ₹299 pack. Now the basic pack seems to be ₹349 2 GB per day. This is really bad on your part! Taking away choices from customers who don't require 2 GB and forcing them to pay ₹50 extra. @TRAI
