@airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

They will take money for giving 4g speed for 28/56/84 days. And will give good internet for 14/28/42 days, even no smooth calling. Nothing happens after complaining too. Atleast Reduce the amount where you can't provide good service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia 4G network with full coverage but unable to use internet, dead slow. Was complaining since 4 moths but no action taken yet. Also mailed with all proofs attached, but got reply as my number not registered with Airtel. Really poor service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence frequent disconnection and interrupted service with no resolution whatsoever. There's no such thing as customer support by Airtel. There's no difference in services provided by a huge ISP like Airtel and local cable operator
