    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    @airtelindia ₹349 plan, Unlimited 5G not working — 4G quota getting consumed instead. Was working fine, broke 1 week ago. Roommate on same location gets it fine. SIM/account issue on your end. 121 blocking agent access too. Fix this. #Airtel

    @airtelindia pathetic network, not stable since the last few days, calls dropping, not connecting. To add to that Airtel Fiber is also down.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I facing an issue in my wifi from yesterday and everytime, i am receiving the msg that it will get resolved in 5-6 hours. How much time should i wait? No engineer has visited or checked the connection. I expect quick resolution.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia I have already done top up and recharge but refund amount is not reflecting in my new card. If it's reflecting at your end them dm me the screenshot because for me it's not reflecting and the same has been verified by your customer care team

    This is the REALITY of @airtelindia PRIORITY care. Can’t claim a benefit on the app for 2 months. All @Airtel_Presence does is quietly close every service request despite nothing done. First service request 31-1000013456464 & then 31-1000013627377 —closed without any resolution
