@airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

Just now discussed my issue with customer care. They are saying no need to call, you will get router by friday. We will call when router is available. New connection was installed in a day, for replacing router, it is taking 7 days @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Hi, I had a issue with Broadband& mobile bill issue.Agent told me that the plan will be free for 3 Months and said need to pay only 500 after that. But I got a huge bill now. When I enquired at the airtel care, they told me it is FRAUD. Agents are doing fraud. HELPME

The baddest service of all time by Airtel. I can't imagine this is the biggest Broadband provider in India.Shame on Airtel service. It is not poor, it is worst service in India.If this is the system of Airtel, people break their Broadband of Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
