@airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service of Airtel. Service Request no. 10085243879 is still pending for the assignment of Technician. Multiple times I contacted Customer Care and reported that my production is hampering. Now I want to disconnect Airtel Connection.

Airtel help is most unhelpful. Neither the App nor thier website talks about providing help, instead they are only and only interested in payments or mobility to Airtel from other providers. Unablr to get help regarding e-SIM for Apple watch @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
