    @airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    It's reaching 48hrs now. They told the maximum resolution time is today 3:30pm. But still there is no technicians reached home to check it. I'm not sure how it's works.. If they come on 3:30 if work continuous after a day what they will do. Worst service ever @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia now again. It’s third time In this month Wi-Fi goes down. Not able to raise complaint nor any support provided. If this case. We don’t option to change service provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia willnyou be able to resolve the issue? Paid amount for upgrade on Friday. In app it showing Engineer will visit on wednesday. Do you need 5 days to upgrade WiFi plan? He may or may not come on Wednesday that is also not confirmed.

    @airtelindia Your customer care sold a WiFi + OTT plan. The OTT service stopped working within 24 hours, and despite registering a complaint 2 days ago, there has been no resolution. Your team was quick to sell the plan but seems unwilling to support it. #PoorCustomerService
