    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    @airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

    Worse, @airtelindia customer care is poor they just tell me to check the app. If I can already access via app, why do you even have a support team? Denying customers access to their own financial records is a massive red flag. Time to port out? @VittalGopal #CustomerService Fail

    Hi @airtelindia, I'm facing 5G connectivity issues at Kamaganikuntla village, Dhone mandal, Nandyal district. Despite having an active 5G plan, I'm getting only 4G. Many users are planning to port out due to this. Please fix the tower/signal issue ASAP. My number: 9515221120
