    @airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    @MensRightsFF @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Wrongly understood. Just like a broadband connection that has a rental payment, the postpaid connection too has rental. This brings in customer loyalty. Both are same. Prepaid is different, with no commitment.

    1/4 Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, after repeated escalation, my Wi-Fi was finally installed. But the issue is still not resolved. My Airtel Black connection now appears downgraded from the expected 300 Mbps to around 40 Mbps.

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day and my wifi is still down.

    @airtelindia Hello Team, We have been experiencing internet issues since on 25th May Sunday at 12 PM. We submitted a request, and the request number is 31-1000013878228. This call was assigned to Pruthvi, but he is currently busy with other calls.

    Facing the worst service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in the last 3 months. Almost 50 calls to customer care, always saying only 2 hours but it's been 6 days again. I'm going to change the provider when current recharge end

    @airtelindia why the hell are you working? I came across four representatives from your company for Wi-Fi installation none of them were aware whether my location is serviceable or not it's already two times I registered for the service and paid. Airtel Sucks
