@airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

@airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

@airtelindia Airtel's net speed is very poor. The network speed you are referring to at 4g runs at a faster speed than 2g! There is a lot of difficulty in our online studies, which I have complained many times, but there is no solution to it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every 2 mnths my airtel DTH stops wrking and i hav to call a service rep to rectify the issue and pay him Rs 200 or more per visit. This is in addition to monthly recharge. I ponder, if airtel does this unethical thing on purpose. (1/2)

@airtelindia Lost my signal immediately after recharging , now applied for new sim . Airtel store said you cannot retain the existing balance since the sim is in my brother’s name (He is out of station). I why should I recharge again ?@airtelindia

. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what horrible service airtel. Was using @ACTFibernet for last 6 years never did any tech issue took 2-3 hours to resolve. Just got airtel installed and Now it’s been a day since no one is addressing my complaints about the tech issues. Fix it!!
