    @airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    Wow @airtelindia , I made a simple request to your service team. I wanted a technician to visit to understand the problem as remote diagnostics are not working. They said no indirectly. Now when I ask certain services to be taken off Airtel Black , they are not able to handle.

    @Airtel_Presence complaint ID 11032070306 raised yesterday 12 PM has not been resolved yet, Broadband down completely, 3 engineers have been changed but no one turned up to look at the problem. Can someone resolve it on priority? @airtelindia

    Paid for a new One Airtel connection on June 3rd, but zero progress since. Order ID: E5PVGJDYNA. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either get an agent assigned to complete this setup today, or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. This delay is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago Each separation attempt required selecting a ₹449 postpaid plan, resulting in 3 billing requests being generated for the same number due to Airtel's failure to process the original request. This is now both a service and billing issue.

    @airtelindia it's been 5 days since I made the payment for an Airtel Wi-Fi/AirFiber connection, but no technician has visited for installation yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper update. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
