    @airtelindia Airtel 4g network is slower than any other 3g network in my area. Kindly try to resolve my problem . Its been like that from the beginning. Otherwise i have to switch to other network.

    @airtelindia A FASTag was ordered on 26/02/2021 and till now I have not received the FASTag.After calling your customer care several times my problem is still not solved. Can you inform me how long does it take to get a FASTag?What about the double toll tax that I am paying?

    Hello i want to inform that i am experiencing very worst service from @airtelindia even I didn’t get the minimum network for calling or receiving any calls after calling to Airtel customer care they also can’t receive my voice and many try i got only 2 point signal on my phone

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, even after 10 days of disconnection and final bill payment, my AirFiber is still active & device not collected. Complaint No: 4509031545 was closed without resolution. Please pick up the equipment ASAP to avoid billing issues!

    Really disappointed 10+ years with this number and Airtel won’t let me transfer SIM ownership (even with the current owner present) because we’re not “close blood relatives.” But they’re happy to suggest porting out. No real solution. Extremely frustrating. #Airtel @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia You have one of the worst customer service experience for prepaid service. The chosen language is english and your IVR connects to hindi agent. Cant trasfer to english agent. Wont transfer to manager / team lead. Disconneted the call.

    I have requested to @DoT_India to take strictly action against @airtelindia i am postpaid consumer yet i am not getting network in metro City i pay monthly bill on time even after launching complaint multiple times they didn't resolve network issue.

    @airtelindia Airtel 5G connections in this area have been out for 6 hours after the rain. Airtel should address this as soon as possible. Location - ( Baliapur ) Dhanbad 828201 , Jharkhand , We trust your service, please fix it soon.

    @airtelindia Technician Devender their TL (NAME UNKNOWN) Is not willing to solve the issue I personally call them my service ticket is open and no one is taking calls
