@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

I recently booked @airtelindia black connection in Chennai and the installation for DTH happened on Thursday(20/10/22) which was already a delayed service and ontop of that post installation the channels package was not activated at and still today’s date the issue’s not-resolved
