There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Complaints closed, data wasted, calls dropping. Recharge expires by 1 day and service stops instantly, but customers wait months for network issues to be fixed. Why?
