Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Active (@Activebingo) reported@airtelindia created problems twice...when i was abroad. Airtel wanted me to cancel it before dept. I was billed and there was no way to cancel by emails/calls. The absurd systems shd be cut short. And no payment or billing shd be by default...the co shd clarify and then bill❗
