    Not sure if moving from @VodafoneGroup to @airtelindia was a good decision! Both have the same issues with connectivity! @Airtel_Presence Long way to go #hargharnetwork

    @airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

    @airtelindia SIM card stopped working abruptly, after 20 days I managed to get a new sim and it just won't activate. Airtel, even Vodafone seems like a better option now. Worst customer experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @BhoirCor your team only knows to send pre defined reply. #vodafoneidea customer care is pathetic. If the company people don’t know how to service, than why at all do they run behind connections. I appreciate @airtelindia #airteliot for the prompt service, automation are good.

    @airtelindia @rsprasad they spread fake lies through the ads about their strong network across India on remote locations. I m in 1 of most happening place of India, in Goa, network is so weak that not able to send normal texts or do phone calls. Part 1 @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal

    @airtelindia Your 3G and 4G services don't work in Vasco Goa area. Very bad network here. Range drops to zero level and regains after 1 min.

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    @airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raise a request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. what is the point of airtel black ?

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.

    @JM_Scindia & @DoT_India exploitation by @airtelindia they block working numbers and then say to reactive you have to do postpaid and pay bill for 4 month which unethically forcing customer for postpaid.Kindly look into this it is serious issue faced by inlaws and seniorcitizen
