Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost.
