Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

My office was renovated in June because of which the wifi modem was removed from the wall. It needs to be reinstalled. I have raised complaints several times but it has not been resolved.
