Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

The phone is 5g and the network is 5g but the data is getting consumed from my given daily data quota. This is my 3rd time reporting this issue. It gets fixed for a while and goes back to the same. I recharged my sim with this yearly plan and according to that I got unlimited 5G data with 2GB/day But today when my data was used up completely… the unlimited 5G data didn’t work and I had to recharge my sim again with extra data pack!
