    @airtelindia can u plz look into the connectivity issue in my locality. I m facing it everyday 21 hours to 22.30 hours. And daytime when ever a powercut happens.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been without airtel wifi for the past 3 days due to connection loss an engineer came and checked the box, but since it's connected to airtel tower, the complaint shifted to another team and it's been 3 days issue still unresolved. Please fix it.

    11 days since my issue raised to @airtelindia , still no resolution date and response from them which reflects the company they are. They have now started to close the tickets raised in these days without the resolution and feedback from me This is just pathetic, Thieves!!

    Wifi is not working since so many days, customer care is not responsible. Yesterday i called on 11.30pm where he told that call on 12am, when called on 12.08 am, he qas telling to call on 1am. Is this the way? Why are u not able to provide services? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel Fiber. Internet disconnects every night despite multiple complaints, and the issue is still unresolved.paying for unreliable service is a complete waste. Please fix this permanently, or I’ll have to switch providers.@Airtelfiberhyd1 worst

    @pbhushan1 @airtelindia Sir, you are a public figure, so your issue was resolved within 1–2 days. But for ordinary people (aam janta), @airtelindia is not responding at all. There should be accountability for misleading the public by claiming to offer the fastest network & Service. #AirtelWifi #Airtel
