  @BharatFactsIN This is extremely disappointing, @airtelindia. Instead of improving value for loyal customers, discontinuing popular and reasonably priced plans only leaves customers with fewer choices and higher costs. Customer loyalty should be rewarded, not taken for granted. 1/2

  @Ramanand06X @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel 5G got worse, and their support didn’t respond properly. They just said there was an issue in my area. Switched to Jio, but Jio 5G also has issues at home.

  @airtelindia In Gram Patna (486446), Airtel network and internet stop completely when power goes out. Villagers face major connectivity issues. Please investigate and provide a permanent solution. @airtelindia
