No resolution till date, technician's way of talking is very bad. Even after 3-4 mail from the customer care they didn't visit. Area pin-210001. Remove my Airtel black connect.

Getting 30 mbps in 100 mbps with frequent disconnection. Engineer visited several time but no permanent fix. I’m not paying the bill now if this issue persists.
