  @reliancejio @JioCare facing internet latency from last few weeks. Raised with support in morning & it worked and situation is same now. Let me know if this can be resolved else I will move to @airtelindia like I switched my postpaid connection since support from jio is pathetic.

  I've been facing horrible internet connectivity issues for the past 10 days. Multiple attempts to get support have led nowhere, and the chatbot has been completely unhelpful. Can someone from Airtel please look into this and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia
