Your representatives either disconnect calls, make false promises, or keep saying “it will be fixed in 4 hours,” “within 24 hours,” or “an engineer will visit, yet nothing happens. When selling a connection, your team arrives immediately. When a customer faces a problem, they are harassed instead.
