    @airtelindia can u plz look into the connectivity issue in my locality. I m facing it everyday 21 hours to 22.30 hours. And daytime when ever a powercut happens.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why is there so much delay in the installation of wifi & IPTV and the response of call. 3-4 calls/day from customer care regarding ads., every time they note my complaint for escalation, but still the problem unresolved. 😡😡

    @airtelindia Thanks for charging me for 5G while delivering 4G that works at 2G speeds. Despite multiple complaints, nothing has changed. Calling this service 5G feels more like advertising than reality. #airtelindia

    As a postpaid user, I’ve emailed and raised multiple cases with zero resolution. The telecom duopoly in India is getting ridiculous. Because it’s basically just Airtel and Jio, they do whatever they want with zero accountability or concern for consumers. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don’t play smart to be good at the social media platforms. Actually you are using gunda parties to communicate with customers. This was my decision to port out from airtel because of your worst network but how could he talk to me like a gangster

    @airtelindia team my issue is still not resolved regarding Airtel D2h . The engineer is demanding INR 150 for which a complaint is already made. But not yet resolved. Please resolve the query on priority

    16 years. That’s how long I’ve stayed with @airtelindia . The first 8 years as a prepaid customer and the last 8 years on postpaid. I trusted this brand, recommended it to friends and family, and never thought I’d seriously consider leaving. But today, I’m simply tired. Poor network, poorer customer service, and endless complaints with no real resolution. And that Airtel Priority Postpaid campaign is complete nonsense. This isn’t anger. It’s disappointment. The trust that took 16 years to build has been broken, and for the first time ever, I’m preparing to port my number out. Good marketing can attract customers. Only good service can keep them. @Airtel_Presence

    Feels like you don't care about existing customers anymore. No response whatsoever, only a complaint number that can't be tracked, customer care number where live agent can't be reached. I think it is time to port to different service provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
