    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you please help me to understand what is the present status of my account, why I am being denied to make any call ! I recharged Rs. 598 plan on 3rd September, which provides unlimited calls and 1.5 GB data per day. #Airtel

    @DC_Leh_Official I read outside @airtelindia Store in Leh that permission to keep it open was to ensure damaged or duplicate SIM can be provided if customer have issues. As a tourist was denied replacement sim, as I have sim issue,coz I have a postpaid connection. Poor service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the most rude & arrogant customer care, I've ever faced. @JioCare does better that you in every aspect, be it giving data at cheap rates or the proactive responsive of CC. With Jio one can check data easily, with for Airtel, you can't...
