    @airtelindia worst customer service. My wife's sim card automatically crash without any reason. Now she unable to contact anyone. It is a very serious issue

    After I call the customer service, i come to know that it will take few more weeks for service to be installed. Weirdly when the money was taken, it was like all connections available and we will do it in 24 hrs. After money taken, the tune changes @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I’m pawan hyd, couldn’t even select the IVR call option by calling to 121 customer care and also couldn’t get ESIM request accepted after visiting the Near by Madhapur,HYD Airtel store also the service is vage. No reply from the customer care also. So worst service.

    @airtelindia Why do the airtel service centre located at namakkal is this much inefficient. Everytime we go there is waste of time.
