    @Airtel_Presence I am in netherlands and i am using internation roaming services, It only work for incoming calls not for outgoing. @airtelindia 121 desk does not help always standard reply for all the issues.

    And today they crossed the limit when an @airtelindia executive called from the company number to help me and asked me for some information and when I gave all the information to him, then he hung up the phone.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I cooperated with them and paid the entire bill. Now again on this month they have added the same amount again and asked me to pay the same. This is simply a looting and harrassing customer. This is your customer orientation or satisfaction policy?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They said it was a technical glitch and then they added 300rs on my bill. When I shared them the issue they simply apologies and asked me to pay that extra amount which I had paid because of their technical glitch. (Part2)
