    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : I needed airtel wifi plan, but was mis-sold airtel xtreme plan (with dth) which is not required by me. I have already made payment (as per xtreme) but I dont want to install dth. Plz help and change the plan accordingly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic service. You’ve changed the billing cycle on my account and didn’t even notify of the change. How do you expect a consumer to know about the change? Are you doing this deliberately so that customers are late and you can charge extra?

    I have ported my number from Airtel to Jio. The balance amount has been cleared too. Yet Jio says Airtel is blocking it. Airtel says I don't know, visit an Airtel store.Really wonder what level the services on both sides have come down to.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia @airtel Hi I live at Vaishali Ghaziabad and my network is of Airtel and it's not working since morning. Restarting the phone , Changing of Sim all done but still not working and I found 2 other people facing from the same.
