    @airtelindia PATHETIC is an understatement. I've called on their customer support no. and the IVR keeps saying that u need to wait for 5 minutes but after 13 minutes they hung up the call by saying that "our executives are busy" #useless_airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint
