    @Airtel_Presence I want my landline connection removed asap. Your IVR menu is worst and your app does not have that option. I have 3 airtel postpaid connection and now of this doesn’t buzz you then will remove those too. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to connect to customer care for my email id updation, very hard to speak with anyone. E-Sim required email id, this process is extremely complicated and taking too much time in the absence of anyone guiding.
