We had @airtelindia broadband with 1 gbps infinity unlimited plan , 6 days from post billing our services were stoped 10 days they kept saying technical issue in backend , then on escalating @VittalGopal team said we have consumed all the data that’s why net is down !

@airtelindia pathetic experience. Recharge on your own app fails and there’s no refund even after 10 days. Complaints get resolved with no resolution. When i call 121 new complaint is raised everytime. Frustrated!! Please resolve Service Req. No. CONRC3WST20230130837741 asap

@airtelindia I have my postpaid sim not working for past 2 weeks. Incidentally this sim is registered with all my official purposes. Service request is still in progres status and there is no option to reach out. Why should I stick with Airtel postpaid and not switch to other ?
