4) when the customer tells u he has perfect phone and range, try to argue with them over call - try to tell it’s their fault, not @airtelindia’s 5) when customer decides to provides u with data, just go silent 6) stay silent even if caller can hear entire noise in ur background

@airtelindia I booked an Xstream Fibre and was to be installed today ,whole the technician gave me time that they are coming at 8 AM , den 10 AM , den 2PM , den 5PM , Den 6 PM and when i called them at 6 they say it can't be done today ,i wasted my whole day waiting for them ,Pathetic Service
