    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi speed has been terrible for 2 months. Your Thanks app is useless for raising complaints (only works for taking payments, funny enough). Customer care just gave me empty promises about an engineer and hung up. Please resolve this ASAP.

    Hi @airtelindia what shady business you are running ?? I made a request for wifi connection yesterday and paid the amount and till now no one contacted us now, I want to cancel the request and get the amount refunded, but there is no option to raise cancelation request on App.

    Extremely disappointed @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Wi-Fi coverage is poor, and despite repeated attempts, the assigned technician is not answering calls. Customer care is unable to properly assist or even raise a simple request for Wi-Fi relocation within the same flat.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Please dont dupe your existing customers when we request for disconnection. To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.

    Dear @AirtelIndia, Despite having a 5G-enabled device and Airtel 5G plan, the 5G network is not working properly in Naroo, 191111. Frequent network drops and poor internet speeds are affecting daily usage. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. #AirtelIndia #5G
