It's strange that how @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence don't even bother to answer or do anything, By being silent in the such matter won't help airtel to grow their customer base but it'll definitely help to shrink it.

@airtelindia I raised so many requests in airtel thanks app but no use and if I call a customer care also no use first fall they don't know how to speak with customer middle of the call only they will disconnected the call Finally will get massage that your service request has been closed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No reply to my tweet. This shows Airtel's current situation. Not bothered about the customer's concern. Very unprofessional way of treating the users. The charge the complete bill but won't give service. In case we are late we even need to pay extra
