    @airtelindia How the telcom company should not build support system than airtel is a best case study. Only use "my Mobile services" for DTH, broadband support, hidden general support numbers, same tele-number of support for number porting, cramped confusing IVR, no human to take care of issue

    @airtelindia Complete ignoring of service request on app no contact for escalation, no update or query option on app or website. Completely pathatic support system we will kill anybody quering but not answer on query or service request for 3 days despite With past due date.
