@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I have connected several times and shared the offer details with a screenshot. I also tried connecting 198 and 121 multiple times, but it was not related to customer care. Please solve with compensation. Otherwise, I will go to consumer court.

@AnarKaDana @airtelindia How pathetic this is. We are facing issues only with Googlemeet and Zoom, they are not working at all, and since last 10 days have not been able to attend even a single class. Even I called twice, despite getting texts of improved services, issue is still there.

@airtelindia why is it so hard to update our emails on our profiles? Your website doesn’t allow it, no options in your customer care 121 as well. To place a eSIM request, I am struggling for the last 4 hrs!!! Sigh!
