Had a worst experience with @airtelindia. All of sudden SIM fails and when even duplicate SIM service doesn't get activate nither customer service nor Airtel store have answers. Once issue is resolved thinking to port to service provider who has better customer services.

Your justification being an unpaid bill which NO ONE FROM YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY CAN EXPLAIN TO US. An email addressing this issue was sent to you in May. That wasn't ever responded to. No one bothered to get in touch with us until recently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare No internet in two of my child plan numbers..and airtel doesn't have data transfer like things, child plan numbers can access uninterrupted internet service from main account.all data gets rollover .you are way behind than airtel in postpaid family plan.. @airtelindia @JioCare
