    @airtelindia I have 1 year unlimited plan on my mobile number. bt after choosing this plan I most of the time get low data speed & this frustate me to work from home. Hope airtel will find the reason and hold my beliefs as a long time customer. @akhilesh8787 Location is tagged.

    @airtelindia All I wanted was to downgrade my postpaid WiFi connection to prepaid. But no — your customer care informed me I’d have to drag myself to a center, fill out endless forms, answer a hundred questions, and waste half a day of my life just to do something that should take two click.

    Hey @airtelindia, Wifi is not working since 24 hours and there is no way to connect with an executive?? All i get is an automated call that keeps on changing time. Forget about priority, first address the most basic things first. @airtelindia @TRAI

    No wifi No internet since this afternoon around 1PM , I received a sms stating network issue going on in your area and services will be restored in 5-6 hrs but still the same , come on guys world runs on internet @airtelindia @AirtelXtream

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For the last 2 days, my phone has been showing a 5G signal, but 5G services are not working. Instead, my 4G data is being consumed continuously. Displaying 5G without providing actual 5G connectivity is misleading.Please investigate this issue

    I have done recharge for 1 year. It also shows 5g unlimited. But since last 3 days my 5g is not working and instead of that pack data is getting used. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I did not expect such poor service from a reputed brand like Airtel. As an Airtel Black customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and the delay in resolving this issue. Kindly look into this matter urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    You can write it in English like this: I have been using Airtel DTH and Wi-Fi services since last year. From the date of installation, I have faced service issues approximately three to four times. On all previous occasions, I patiently raised @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
