I am in Singapore, In Feb my number suddenly started showing no network. Wrote to Airtel multiple times for issuing duplicate SIM card and they only suggest to buys plans. What am I supposed to do by just buying plans.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after multiple intimation to numerous customer care reps regarding the bill there has been no action around it. I have repeatedly asked to put my broadband connection under safe keeping and I will pay the monthly safekeeping charges.

@airtelindia what sort of service you are giving, 3rd class service. I registered a complaint abt no internet 15 days back, still no response and today again IVR is taking same issue as new complaint. WTF is happening why dont u resolve network issues in big cities atleast. Shame
