  @airtelindia is the worst network on earth. Wanted to replace my sim coz I lost my old one and get the same number, their Airtel express shops are telling me they can't cancel the number as it's still active & their customer care keeps telling me to go to Airtel shops. Worst exp!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Moved frm Chennai to Pune and suddenly my airtel SIM was dead somehow. Visited Pune's biggest airtel store, asked help from Customer Care also but not a single person helped me with this and asked me to go to Chennai since it is not from this circle.

  @airtelindia one of the worst service provider, no network in my area, no customer support, no improvement in connection. have a look at your commitments before & after taking the internet plans.
