@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst xtream fiber service provider. 9 out of 10 days they can't provide proper speed. Speed is showing 9mbps when it should atleast be above 40. Their call support says everything is fine. U pay extra 1000 for a new router DON'T BUY IT

My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

@airtelindia Your service is a piece of ****! I had opted Airtel one plan for which your executive told me that my area is feasible. Later the technician called me and ported my prepaid number to postpaid and later he comes back to me telling that there is no network in my area.
