Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please enable @Google RCS on your network. Even @VodafoneIN already support it. But my primary sim is Airtel.. So please do is ASAP

@airtelindia i had just do two recharge on my number through your Airtel thanks app, in both the amount get deducted and recharge doesn't get successful, now just tell me what a person do if he required the data top up in emergency why that option is there if that doesn't work.

@JioCare And then they simply put my order on hold.I've been an airtel customer for 2 yrs and though they aren't perfect,never saw such negligence. By now,I'd have been contacted over email/call. Maybe @airtelindia should pitch in & help train your employees @reliancejio (2/2)
