Worst airtel network worst customer care. They simply raised tickets after few days changed status to solve no one contacted me poor network signals and data connectivity, video calls not connecting solve this asap. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sometimes back today I submitted that my SIM card is not working and as a matter of rules details asked through DM, after done with the same they have proved their efficiency with keeping silence and not assisted nothing till now.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service IVR options + Airtel mobile app There's no option to add a new Airtel coupon code. One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!
