    @airtelindia Airtel Black customer, being charged ₹360 for last few months for additional DTH channels. Cust care is unable to provide details who authorised it nor ready to correct. Not using DTH for last 4 years but paying due to Bundled plan. What’s the solution? No one cares

    @Ravisutanjani Totally agree with you. @airtelindia i dont know what upgradition they have done instead the network has deteriorated. Even after repeated complaints still the issue stand unresolved.

    @Anshuma40208584 @JioCare @airtelindia Bhai, The situation is exactly the same here. Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, Why is it necessary to lodge repeated complaints for better network coverage when customers are paying for Unlimited 5G services? The current speeds and connectivity are far below expectations and often feel comparable to 2G performance.
