@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I'm Kumar My work place is at SCINDIA GATE, GANDHIGRAM, VISAKHAPATNAM. The main issue is that my signal strength is low. Out of 4 I only get 2 points to my mobile. Sometimes it may fall to 1 point. Kindly take this issue seriously. Thank you.

@airtelindia pretty disappointed with how your support team spoke today from Banaswadi. I was promised for a complete package a month back which includes DTH ,broad band and post paid service . Now they are asking me to pay extra charge for DTH Service due to change in policy
