  @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Xstream Fiber has been extremely disappointing. I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a broadband connection. The payment was successful, KYC and document verification were completed, but the connection was never installed or activated. My Airtel app has been showing “Installation In Progress” since 9 August, and the service has still not been provided. I have repeatedly contacted Airtel customer support to cancel the booking and refund my ₹1,500. However, I am not getting a proper resolution or even a clear SR/Service Request number. I have already shared my booking details with Airtel Cares through DM, but my refund is still not being processed. This has been a very frustrating experience. I paid for a service that was never installed, and now I am having to repeatedly follow up just to get my money back. @airtelindia Please cancel my booking, process my full ₹1,500 refund to the original payment method, and provide me with the SR number and refund timeline. @TRAI please take note of this grievance.

  @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @jagograhakjago it's the persistent issue with airtel which they always deny to resolve. They want customer to pay money but they do not want to give service. The situation is so bad they take 20 days to resolve any network issue. This literally wast money.

  @airtelindia My number was deactivated after I missed KYC emails that went to spam. I live in Canada and can’t visit India soon. This number is linked to multiple banking & government accounts and I cannot lose it. Please help with remote KYC and reactivation.

  Airtel users have become increasingly obsessed. After their recharge is exhausted, they turn off both incoming and outgoing calls. They believe that making or receiving calls costs money, and this causes significant problems for people. @airtelindia
