    Worst service provider in the entire world award goes to @airtelindia i am using there Broad band and Postpaid service from past 9 years and it the most unreliable and pathetic experience of my life since 1 year its so bad that to post this tweet it took me 20 minutes.

    @stocksbyrishabh Mittal saab is not bothered. Imagine no internet for a week in a metro city. I was forced to surrender my @airtelindia #wifi due to their lethargic service technicians. Stress free wifi so far for the past two months

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I faced a similar issue a year back. In my case they had picked up the modem but still kept harassing me over phone for return of modem until some 30-45 days back. No amount of informing the telecaller that modem has been picked up helped.

    @Rj_Uthraa @rameshsrivats @airtelindia Does Airtel has mentioned this anywhere? A normal user only wants to complete his/her work on secondary device while travelling or if their broadband is having any issues. Don't pressurize a normal human being to purchase a dongle type of device again.

    This is not an India only policy. Many operators across the world already differentiate between on device data and hotspot usage on certain plans. The difference is that people there actually read the plan terms before buying. The real issue is transparency. If unlimited 5G excludes hotspot usage, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden in fine print. Consumers deserve clear communication, not surprises. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia bragging fastest costumer resolution & not able to fix the internet within 24hrs .Assigning people at 8pm for resolution whose shift is till 6 pm.I use internet only at weekends & today is fifa final Airtel really pissed me off. I'll throw away the router. #fifalive

    Hello @airtelindia my mobile network is very bad since last 3days. I came to know that my data has exhausted through C C service though I have unlimited package. There is no way I see my data usage in the airtel app, C care also could not tell me how to check data usage. Help.

    @airtelindia I posted my complaint of extremely worse network in my area in Bangalore and then someone asked my mobile number via DM and nothing happened after that. Your service is as pathetic as your network
