    @airtelindia Very disappointed with the quality of my Airtel Black Wi-Fi service. Despite being on a 100 Mbps plan, I’m facing frequent internet disconnections and consistently lower-than-promised speeds. Please look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution.

    I'm really disappointed with the network service from @airtelindia. I'm on a 200 Mbps plan and pay ₹1,000 every month, yet I still don't get a reliable connection. I experience ping spikes while playing Valorant and sometimes can't even watch YouTube without interruptions.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after having applied for cancellation of my request for wifi on 21.07.26 @airtelindia has still not taken any action and are still calling for connection and are not refunding the amount. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I am trying to get service for which I paid 14 days back. Still unable to get the service. If you want a want to pay for nothing, choose #Airtel Customer care's 4 hour ETA is not over since 14 days.

    @airtelindia and then my call was disconnected without any assistance. I no longer want the connection to be shifted. Please cancel the shifting request and process the disconnection of my Airtel Broadband connection at the earliest. @airtelindia @Airtel_Services

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service. 4th major Fiber & Mobile outage in 6 months. Issues are lazily "resolved" remotely without sending a field engineer, only to crash again. 24hrs downtime kills office productivity. Need a permanent fix now!
