@airtelindia My problem of network issue from 6 months not solved only fake promises. We cannot even use whatsapp call as you have a best internet service which never works. Stop faking promises to people.

From the last 6 to 8 years, i was an @airtelindia user but since the pandemic their quality of service was dropped to such an extent where i had to port my number to @reliancejio and yes they are not the best in giving services but at least they are much better than @airtelindia

@airtelindia Decided to finally tweet since your customer "support" staff is unresponsive and is trash. I am unable to MAKE calls, and have received no resolution since TWO month. I have reached out to your helpline, app and email. Kindly have the courtesy to respond now.
