Hi @Airtel_Presence, why do you refuse to downgrade my broadband plan despite repeated follow-ups? We’ve spoken to nearly everyone in your service team. Upgrades can happen in hours but nearly 2 weeks and NO update on my downgrade request. REALLY? @airtelindia
