@airtelindia 3:59 PM I using airtel from last 12 years, but surprising my sim got blocked. When check with service center my name and date of birth missing from airtel database. When raise issue 121 care and local service center. They putting blame each other.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , From aug 3, 9.00pm internet went down in karur,TN and received the maintenance msg. It was extended to aug 4 1.00 pm but the service is still not resumed and also tried to raise issue through help page in airtel thanks app (1/2)
