    Worst customer experience with @airtelindia. I specifically asked your postpaid team(Airtel Black) last month if my plan had an FUP limit, and they confidently said NO. Now I'm stuck at 2G speeds (80 KBPS). Train your staff to give accurate info! Fix this ASAP. @Airtel_Presence

    From last one months we are trying to GetOne IP TV connection from airtel. It is not happening, people use to blame government sector the private are the worst in the name of services.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia we went to local Airtel office, they took all bank details & said will get refund in 2-3 days. It’s been 15 days since & even they haven’t been co operative now. No customer care number to call for this You are cheating customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hell service I needed a extra data so I recharged with 39 r/s , but today even after that data lapse I re recharged but now it’s not activating stating it activates only after lapse of first RC now I need data
