    @airtelindia how is airtel black is beneficial. I can’t connect to customer care. And the options in app are of no use. I’ve made the payment on 6 march, it’s showing on app still in my account it’s showing overdue, my services are expired even paying the bill before due date?

    I just putted my SIM from jio to Airtel and now I am unable to see 300 rupees recharge which I paid to the shopkeeper after Porting my SIM and I am unable to contact customer care as well @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Changed the plan without my consent and says that Trai asked to change and not to inform or take consent from the customer. Resgistered complaint by dialling 198 and the idiot who called back on complaint asked to contact 121/198 to sort this
