    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Internet is working at very slow speed. I am facing this issue from 1 year. What is the service you are providing at my location. My location is Itwa, Siddharth Nagar. Can you please solve for this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still no solution provided from your side. Currently I have approx 12gb data and I am not able to use my internet this time Currently getting approx 20kb/s speed.

    I also raised the complaint 1 month before but still no solution. Today is the last day for solution but still no solution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia I have raised my concern for slow internet couple of times over last week. Never heard from network team as promised and issue still not resolved. This is very unprofessional and pathetic service to your valued customers.

    Hello @airtelindia I have ported my sim to Airtel yesterday night it got ported into Airtel but now I’m unable to use my only one number because of FRC (first recharge) which have been not done by Airtel dealer yet and it’s lockdown here .So what I do ??? Will you help me

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Internet speed is very worst like 2G and you claim fastest network in India. If you have some value of your customer then take this compliment in postive manner and try to resolve this issue positively.

    @airtelindia I am trying to reach customer care for few weeks. 121 is waste doesn't connect with the customer care. Airtel Thanks app also useless. Let me know direct way to connect with customer care or from here on I am not going to pay my bills...
