    @VPremShanker @airtelindia I have been complaining for over a month and they don't rectify it. Every time a complaint is raised, engineer calls requesting not to complain and it works for a day and then Kaput it goes till next complaint. Now they expect me to pay 707 Rs rental, while I plan consumer courts

    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia , for my mobile account excess payment has been incurred and your customer care team is not helping resolve the topic and have closed the issue without refunding the amount. Highly disappointed with your customer care team and a case of fraud!
