    I also raised the complaint 1 month before but still no solution. Today is the last day for solution but still no solution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Bhartiairtel3 @airtelnews nobody is doing response on call. One gives another’s number and so on. Everyone takes call one time only then no reply. I have 2 broadband connection and so much headache. No value of customer’s time.

    @airtelindia since last 2 times I missed the due date for my postpaid no. and strangely there calls on my Brother and Mother’s no. For bill payment but not a single call on my phone. Is it a new technique? Highly unprofessional and pathetic! Switching the network provider.

    Very substandard service from Hathway. Been 6 days and no response from @HathwayBrdband team on the internet issue. I have been a long time user. Will discontinue now. No wonder @airtelindia is quickly replacing you in Hyderabad.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel India team, is there any plans which is equivalent to Jio offering like settop box free with channels? I am a 15 + years customer and planning to switch to jio if the equivalent plans not implemented.

    Pathetic internet service from @airtelindia since 1 week. Hope they will work on it and resolve the issue. It’s getting disconnected every 15 - 20mins. Not sure if it’s only for me or they have this across the city.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews very poor customer service. Had been trying to connect with assigned person but getting nothing in response. @airtelindia please hire some responsibile person who are not always engaged in personal activities.
