@airtelindia I don't know whats going on with you guys but the net speed is slow, really slow. I am experiencing 2G speed and many times I can't even call. The same problem was last year. I am turning on/off airplane mode 15-20 times a day to get 4G speed that I have paid for.

Will someone bother to reply @Airtel_Presence ? I have written multiple mails, tweets,Dms. All staff hand in gloves. Why till date no resolution given despite paying almost 1000 rs? Not a single call or msg till date. Pathetic company @airtelindia . Totally corrupt n immoral

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews upon ending of my subscription told me to recharge with a certain amount ( a fixed amount told for the yearly package ) and then upon recharging they provide service for just 6 months. And no one from customer service helped to resolve.
