  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello my airtel black wifi 10101015213370 is having problems again and again only this month I have no internet for 4-5 days. The problems is not being solved permanently, you guys take the money fully but the service was only partially delivered.

  @airtelindia Dear Airtel I sought a broad band connection out of fire necessity .After that my life is not my own .I get at least ten calls every day from Airtel trying to sell me this scheme or that .So I am asking you this question : do you think you now own me as a slave ? You can call me any time of day or night,any number of times .? Do you think the world is obliged to buy schemes to contribute to the profitability of that venture ? I say this more in anguish than anger : ask your gallery slaves to leave me alone .If I need something I will call them .I have lost my sense of repose ,I shudder to see the flaming red warning me of an impending airtel call .Twitterati please help .Plead on my behalf .

  3/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer care = repeated apologies, long holds, “we have escalated it” and finally “unable to contact the ground team.” No proper SMS/email communication about the delays either. What exactly is the point of these escalations?

  Bye Bye @airtelindia ? BSNL’s ₹1 SIM could change the game. From August 12 to September 12, BSNL is offering SIMs for just ₹1, with 1GB daily data + unlimited calling for 24 days. BSNL is also preparing to launch its Satellite Phone Service around August 15. If BSNL fixes its network and internet speed, Jio and Airtel could face some serious competition.   @airtelindia Airtel, is this really how you handle new customers? I applied for Airtel Wi-Fi and everything was completed quickly from your side - KYC, payment, and confirmation. I was even told that a representative would contact me and complete the installation by a specific date. Since making the payment, I have received no call and no update. I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact the person assigned, but there has been no response. To make things worse, your customer support number automatically speaks in Hindi without even giving me a language option. I’m comfortable with Tamil and English, not Hindi. Even in the Airtel app, I can’t find a clear option to raise a Wi-Fi installation issue through chat. So after taking the payment, who exactly am I supposed to contact? @airtelindia Please arrange the installation or tell me clearly where I can raise this complaint. This is extremely frustrating customer service.
