    Horrible broadband network and pathetic customer care service by airtel. I have installed 40 mbps broadband conncetion and its been 3 months and the speed is always in kbps. Whenever I raise a complaint, they just mark it as resolved without action. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has worst customer service teams. Copy Paste answers, No replies for critical support request. Even Nodal offices don’t reply. Customers are left in lurch. Pathetic.
