Hey @airtelindia, my internet's been super slow and my network's weak for a month now. Every time I talk to support, they just tell me to do the same manual fix like a robot. Is that how you treat your customers? I'm not recharging my broadband, I'm switching. Your service dead.

1/2 Gotta admit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst Wifi service you could ever imagine. You raise a request, talk to a customer staff, and then they forward the call to the technical staff. Then the tech staff ensures you get a call from a local customer service staff.
