    @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised request for IPTV Connection on 3rd Mar and already paid the amount. However till now no one has come to install it. Really very bad service. Every time I call customer service, I don’t get proper response.

    @airtelindia Incoming calls stopped just 1 day after recharge validity ended. Is this the new rule? Even basic incoming service is being blocked so quickly. Not good for customers. Please explain. #Airtel #Telecom

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am highly dissatisfied with your service. First you agree to give me wifi internet connection. Payments for 2 connections were made on 16 February 2026. Thereafter after many days I was informed that connection was not possible. Still today it is 07 March 2026 and still my payments have not been paid back by you. What is the problem? If you are not giving any services then you must pay my money back. If I dont receive my money back within 24 hours I will have to file a case against you in consumer court. Best of luck!

    48 hours+ but still no resolution for severe 4G & 5G network issue in my area. I already shared details in DM. Request immediate action. Otherwise I will escalate this to @TRAI. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I ported my SIM (MNP) through your shop and was told that I would receive one month of free recharge. However, after activation, there is no recharge plan on the SIM. This is very disappointing and reflects poorly on your service. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been more than a month i have tried to raise a complaint for my office wifi, internet doesn’t work and its the same thing every day. 5-6 times i have raised complaints and every time it shows its resolved but thats not true. 20029303021 acc no.
