Payments for 2 connections were made on 16 February 2026. Thereafter after many days I was informed that connection was not possible. Still today it is 07 March 2026 and still my payments have not been paid back by you. What is the problem? If you are not giving any services then you must pay my money back. If I dont receive my money back within 24 hours I will have to file a case against you in consumer court. Best of luck!

However, after activation, there is no recharge plan on the SIM. This is very disappointing and reflects poorly on your service. @Airtel_Presence
