    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband customer service is laawaris since last 2 days. Bcs of dis dey couldn't solve any issue. So if any1 faces issue, jst wait till respected service engineer gets time to resolve ur issue. U need to be very fortunate to get his cal- Day 2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Everyone, please do not fall for these hollow fool's paradise, I have an annual broadband plan, they have not resolved a simple Netflix wrong charge problem. Now they threaten disconnection when I have paid up to June 2023. Take Tata Broadband or a local player

    @airtelindia My SIM is not working on any 4G/3G network. Customer care is asking for 15 days for resolution. While in Sec 37 Airtel office I have been asked to pay Rs 50 for changing sim without none of my problem. #poorservice#

    @airtelindia even after disconnecting my airtel fiber your customer care people are calling daily and asking to pay for 15days which i not used after disconnecting please resolve this issue as soon as possible
