    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have already directed all ur mails 2 my spam. I'm blocking u here too.. I feel ur methodology of providing Internet 2 specific communities and deny a specific is intolerable. 13 yrs I had been waiting 2c ur service installed in my area.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to terminate my 4G hotspot service immediately. The airtel store is very far from my home and due to my ailment, I cannot go there. I called your WB service number but couldn't get the required option. I do not have any airtel mobile no.

    @airtelindia since yesterday I'm trying to contact your cust care,no option in IVR. All port in formalities done still showing barred. Can't use data services & IC barred. Pathetic service and boarding experience.

    @airtelindia Dalhousie is the downtown of Kolkata and reaching office at 9 AM.. Airtel Broadband and Phone is not working on a Monday. What can be more frustrating? Complain booked- 138987772 and expected to be resolved by 3:30 PM. Entire working day lost due to Airtel. #airtel

    @VodafoneIN_News, got a call from this number, 9827215710, pretending to be a Vodafone employee, asking me to do my KYC. Fun part is, I have @airtelindia number! Then he started using profane words! I'm registering a complaint.

    @Airtel_Presence how exactly does one speak to your customer care team? The Thanks App is just as useless as your toll free numbers. With the Internet not working for over 12 hours, this is the most disgusting service I have had to face. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is launching new products like Black for convenience & seamless connectivity. In our building at Kolkata, #Airtel broadband is not working for the last 10 days. Service Engineers are giving unending assurances but no connectivity. Thinking of porting now.

    @airtelindia’s Fiber has been not working suddenly for the last 3 hours and despite lodging complain from the Thanks app, there has been no solution. Will Airtel refund me the money lost for all the time Internet is not on? Absolutely disgusted by this random outage.
