What a bad connection...recharged with 4g datanot even giving 3g data. everytime getting information we are updating .does it takes a year to upgrade..shut down your company...don't give false promisesif it continues like this you will definitely lose customers @airtelindia

Like other @airtelindia users not subscribed recharge plan for a reason has face these issues : 1. Dail 198 and you get denied to connect to the Customer Care Service. 2. Having Talktime balance in ur A/c but not even allowed to make a normal call. 3. No plan, No WiFi Calls!
