@airtelindia this is regarding my broadband connection. I have paid the money but the connection has been cancelled due to non availability of services. I have been trying to reach customer care without any luck. I want the refund. Absolutely horrible service.

@airtelindia One should have the facility to have prepaid recharges with credit cards. Seems your #parkstreet outlet just opposite Asiatic Society still believe in receiving only cash for recharges on prepaid numbers. What a huge let down.

@airtelindia @TRAI Should look out for consumers.. Telecos r providing very low speed on the rate of 4G speeds . Airtel is the worst . U can't play a single video without buffering in a city like Delhi. I hope it'll improve in future.
