What a sorry state of @airtelindia .. lost ph yesterday .. went to their centre for replcing the SIM gave all the documents promptly at 6-30 pm. Told the activation wll b within 6 hrs.. now its 19 hrs running. SIM is still dead .. Pathetic service 😡😡

@airtelindia 9748676975 From last two months (July & August) I'm recharging the minimum amount of Rs 35.00 where talk time and 100MB data should hv been provided, receiving talktime only, no data being included. Customer care, no response service, wrote mails.

Facing problems with online recharge.Complained online but of no use,visited the customer centre where they kept shifting the liability on other executives. After 1 hr the response came that least they can do is lodge a complaint.@TRAI @airtelindia request you to look into this.

Pathetic service by @airtelindia as I got my dth connection recently but without any reason, it is showing no signal frequently. The service guy during installation assured me that he will provide regular service. But now he is not answering my calls.
