@airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

Contacting Airtel customer support executive is nightmare! They charge you to call 198 (50p/3m). Still no agent , with whom I can discuss my problem. And Just thinking, my whole family is paying @airtelindia .
