Day 0: @Airtel_Presence assures transfer will be done the very next day. SURPRISE! Day 1: waiting for @airtelindia angels to arrive, instead got regret. Day 2-5: tomorrow for sure, 24 hours max. Day 5: Enters CS dude Rudra, "hang in there" Day 7: SILENCE. FO Airtel. You suck.

Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

If someone asks me what is the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life, I would say that switching from @reliancejio to @airtelindia ever since I switched from Airtel 2 Jio, I hv been facing poor network issue which can b resolved but airtel vl surely make me to shift to Jio.
