    @Airtel_Presence @PrateekAgru @airtelindia if you close down your broadband service it will be good for all. The worst thing is these cheaters charge a hefty nin refundable amount for installation so that customer will have no option but to stick to their services. Jio fiber is the best in this way

    @airtelindia very bad experience with service. I’ve recharged for 999inr , and that’s mentioned Amazon prime for 84days. But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel Broadband. It has been 48 hours since our internet is down. But they are saying it will take 3 more days to resolve the issue. I am losing money on my business because of unreliable internet. Whos gonna pay for that?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In 28/08/22 i replace my airtel sim for No Network showing in every phone. Today 19-09-22 also I m facing same problem. No network, no service. Not able to get any customer help form ******* "airtel thanks" app Such a worst service providing airtel.

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Connection is down since last 5 hrs , no resolution till now after the complaint, how could be your tat is of more than 24hrs , when grocery can be delivered in less than 10 minutes.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

    @syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I requested a PORT code from Airtel and got a call from your retention team who promised waiver of late payment charges and resolve my network issues by sending some configuration messages. Unfortunately I can't see the waiver or rec text.

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @airtelindia . My recharge expired just 2 days ago, and you already stopped incoming calls? Seriously? Blocking outgoing after expiry is understandable, but cutting incoming within 48 hours makes zero sense.
