    Why are telecom users forced to recharge just to receive calls? Facing this issue with #Airtel incoming calls get blocked within 2 days of no recharge. Since when is receiving calls chargeable? Where is this rule defined? How is this fair? @TRAI @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi has not been working for more than 48 hours. I tried every possible way of connectinf to customer service but no response whatsoever. Is there any possible way to connect to you so that my problem can be solved? And please don't ask me to DM.

    @airtelindia Already informed to close my wifi connection but the customer care simply says you will get a callback which never comes. Now any charge incurs beyond the date of closure request, I will not pay that. I also emailed but no reply.
