    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is very disgusting that without any information you convert a prepaid xtreme fibre to postpaid fibre without user concern and send them a bill if the user hasn’t recharged for some period due to their financial issues.

    @RAHULGU82376787 @airtelindia I'm getting callbacks from them, asking me to recharge. when I explained the scenarios they were helpless and asked me to call on 121. Why do you hire people when you cant give access to them? I've logged a complaint against the fraud sale. but no response till the time.
