Worst helpline by @airtelindia. Cannot even go through a customer representative, even after trying 15-20 times. Everytime have to go through so many "press this number, that number" voice. But, finally when you reach the right level, the call gets disconnected. Frustrating

@airtelindia Fed up with using Airtel 4G network. You advertising Airtel is India's fastest network.But 4g network speed is poorer than GPRS speed. I am facing this issue in a urban area. Contacted customer care and created multiple tickets. No resolution so far.

@airtelindia I have registered a complaint regarding my network issue on 7-10-2021 and the customer care said it takes around 20 days to rectify it and yet no one has connected or rectified the issue. It is a company issued sim but the network speed is showing as "Edge".
