    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    Dear Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i changed to post paid connection- I have been facing low network coverage data speed. I raised a complaint 2 days back and again I raised a complaint today I will wait for next two days too Its affecting our small business 😬 💔

    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer care service. I have vacated from vellore and moved to diff location and have requested disconnection for broadband connection 04164205298 . They put it on safecustody and charged 1045rs. And daily calling and torturing to pay.
