    @airtelindia major issue over the last 3 days with voice calls. Can you please support? Calls get dropped in 30 secs and most of the time voice breaks during the communication

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi i am waiting for airtel fiber broadband more that 4 years. Still now not available in my area. Using only low speed plans in airtel So many service providers are came. I have only option for changing the service provider.

    Airtel Black claims they claims dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days when I call their call centre they will reply today will resolve tmr will resolve like kinde of false commitment. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am a priority customer of yours with with number ending 9458 I am in need of an international roaming pack for 10days validity for Singapore single country visit I am told you charge 2999/- for this and there is nothing less is this not unfair practice
