    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service I could find from your end. Placed an order for DTH 48 hours ago and am yet to receive a response from your end. You claim installation will be done in 4 to 24 hours but the reality is worse. #CustomerPain.

    @SonalSh26771303 @airtelindia Same issue for me too .. No proper network coverage,call drops , data disconnects ,fake promises .. Complaint done 1.5 years back , still not resolved .. In India service providers will ask what is customer service .. Fate

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I applied 4 port out 4m @airtelindia on last 18apr. got a call 4m idea-voda executive with good offer & saying as I have postpaid so wl b ported in 6-7 hrs. Bt it got ported today. Nw am out f my home netwrk I can’t verify. am stuck pls help @TRAI @TOIGurgaon

    @airtelindia Despite several visits to the customer centre and escalations, Airtel has again charged excessively against Family Billing plan. xtra charges 4 data et al on dependent numbers. When will you get your act in order and bring transperancy in the billing system #Airtel

    Airtel Fiber has a pathetic service. Everyday I have to face some problem. Can’t even open Google. They talk of bringing 5G and IoT to India. First let people have speed of 2 Mbps consistently. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    If you’re a working proffesional, would request you to not choose @airtelindia I’m using this ****** airtel xtreme fiber @Airtel_Presence hard to contact their customer care. Got it fixed just in the morning today nd it stopped working. Literally frustrated.
