    @airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    @mithlesh1990 @Airtel_Presence Thats for sure! I was told by the Social media team member Simran Kaur within a week we will fix things some one will call you no one did they @airtelindia dont value their loyal customers they will shut down their business soon, thats for sure!!

    @airtelindia Please check on 4G strength in PIN 600082, 99.99% of time I only see 2G speed. In addition, I'm receiving messages that additional tower was installed in my nearby area (GKM Colony, hardly 1 KM away from my place). Dead slow. #airtelfalse4gpromise #Airtel

    @TamilTechOffici @airtelindia Nothing happened with DM. You, the customer support guys were not aware of the blockage it seems... Asking me to change sim, change mobile.... Just understand that each and every Airtel SIM didn't work with Honor5X. And each and every other network sim is working with it.

    @airtelindia I have Postpaid + Fiber but your team says they can’t merge them into #AirtelBlack, so I’m paying ₹100 extra monthly. Also getting just 8–12 Mbps on 5G in a city. Sales calls are nonstop, but support is poor. Porting to @reliancejio soon.

    @airtelindia why the hell am.i. ot getting even 4g level speed in Mumbai despite paying for 5g on a premium handset ??? Will seriously stop and port as soon as my plan ends. Are you people not checking and updating your network qualities in metros atleast ??? Nuisance
