    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal Thanks fr calling me bt again it’s a Limbo situation u dnt want to give me a time frame to fix this tower issues at Cosmo City Pudupakkam area. The local Panchayat Officials are happy to help the us pls take help and fix this problem!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wish to to MNP from vodafone to Airtel, but staffs who been at airtel store denied the request when I said I want prepaid connection. Is this how you treat customers coming from other operator? I need justification.

    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    Worst network i had ever seen. Not Resolving a minor Complaints just need to Register my number on VOLTE. Already i raised a complaints 3 times but they can't Resolve that. 7904094664 Now I'm worrying that why i should changed my number from jio to Airtel. @airtelindia

    On top that , I was told that Airtel will compensate for the days I haven’t used the WiFi because of the connection. Now, I am recieving messages that saying I need to pay full payment. The customer care told that she made a note for discount @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I paid ₹3,500 for a 6-month internet plan, yet my Wi-Fi is still not working. The payment has already been completed, so why hasn't the service been activated? This is completely unacceptable. I've fulfilled my part by paying the bill, and I'm still left without it

    This is next-level pathetic service from @airtelindia . My prepaid number was forced onto a postpaid plan WITHOUT having placed any such request. PATHETIC service! Now my active recharge is wasted and they say I’m stuck for 30 days? Fix this nightmare NOW @Airtel_Presence !

    @airtelindia Airtel’s "Priority Postpaid" is really bad i believe internet has to be equal for all users regardless of how much they can pay and hence both indian telecom companies are making profit . so why they do these is pure greedy behavior internet is a fundamental right
