    @airtelindia My DTH problem more then a week. I try to call your customer care nothing will connect waiting period 15 minutes and try to use your airtel app nothing happen it’s waste of time may I continue my connection or disconnect!! your suggestion please!!

    @anubhavrmathur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Try raising a complaint with National Consumer Helpline, they will act. I had an episode with Quickr RTO services. They sat on my vehicles original docs and money for almost a year! Going to NCH resolved the issue in a week.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Past last 7 days we are facing network issue. Complaint submitted MNG-V02116001514. Today’s compliment resolved message received but actually network issue not resolved. FYI . We have 8 users face facing same issue. @TRAI @airtelindia

    Around noon today, there is no network of Airtel and this happens twice or thrice a month at pincode 431804 and 431811. We are not expecting 5g, at least the network to make/receice a call and sms. Y don't u refund us for outages? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
