    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wish to to MNP from vodafone to Airtel, but staffs who been at airtel store denied the request when I said I want prepaid connection. Is this how you treat customers coming from other operator? I need justification.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had disconnected the number 9500076337 in Oct 19 and paid all balances .,I have again got a message to pay the entire amount of Sep 19 + Proportionate charges of Oct 19 . Kindly look into it . Customer care centers are not giving proper reply !

    @airtelindia 24/7 Media Office Our 40 Mbps Broad Band With Static IP Speed Upload 2.3 Mbps Down Load 7 Mbps With this Speed My TEAM COULD NOT Work from Home We are on the Main Road in the Heart of AMBATTUR & we are the LANDMARK FIBERNET is Available But Not Given to us !?

    @airtelindia The worst service by Airtel DTH.Their remote stopped working just after 2daysvof new connection.They say it is not covered under warranty.

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    Wow, @airtelindia, your customer service speed is truly breathtaking. U r practically psychic when it comes to taking my money, but suddenly suffer from total amnesia the second I ask to cancel. Love the "rude and ignoring you" upgrade to your service package,it’s a bold strategy

    @airtelindia Facing serious network issues in mobile as well as in WiFi connection. Mobile - not receiving calls/ missing calls And speed is pathetic now in the WiFi connection. What’s going on?

    I using SIM with Airtel a year, one day, block sim. I visited office, but repeatedly told activated "today," six month passed. Later, I was informed that the SIM transferred to BSNL TN; I called them, but not help. Lost 9499010101 9495070707 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

    🧵1/6 My experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream has been extremely disappointing. My Airtel Digital TV/IPTV connection was activated with an incorrect customer name that doesn't match my KYC documents. A basic correction has turned into a frustrating ordeal.
