    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @airtelindia I did a recharge on 16/08 thru Thanks app, accidentally clicked on wrong no, raised complaint for refund within 5 mins, was asked to wait for a week, now after 12 days, hearing that there is no such complain, not satisfactory, using at least 10 airtel no's at home

    @airtelindia, raised a complaint on 4th Apr, ref # 31-3991356622676, then on 17th Aug, ref # 31-4250830929975. The airtel network representative Gopal Chowdhary came in for network inspection survey at my house yesterday & concluded that there is definitely data issue at my house
