    Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

    @airtelindia worst service. Don't fall into the pit with their promises. I was promised 100Mbps and after payment installation everything they say 40Mbps is the max speed limit for the broadband. Now chasing the customer service for my refund!! 🙄🙄 #AirtelSucks

    @airtelindia having an horrendous experience dealing with ur customer care service. my plan was changed to monthly due to a back end glitch. Post verification,they let go a partial amount and asked to renew my plan with an assurance that the pending amount will get adjusted.

    @airtelbank When am I getting my refund which was initiated by @airtelindia on 12/08/22 for my broadband bill payment reversal, of which we talked on twitter DM & phone, I waited till 25/08/22 as u asked, but now no reply from u. U r forcing me to complaint to higher bodies.

    Airtel have no value for consumer loyal to them for ~2 decades, after 25 days of complain for a major billing issue they stop, incoming, outgoing, sms after paying 50% of incorrect billing and Sr.supervisor agreeing that they have done wrong billing @airtelindia,@airtelnews
