    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been charged Subscription for Prime Video, despite my complaint twice, yet no action taken though the arrogant person had kept me waiting on call for 30 mins, but assured to reverse the charges. Absolute new way of fleecing money.

    @airtelindia have raise a request for dth and broad band connection i got a cal and as i have emergency i asked for same day instalation and the person agreed for that and taken amount and no responce later i called him so many times then i cancelled my request from my end

    I am highly disappointed with the international roaming data on my @airtelindia number during my recent visit to Saudi Arabia. I faced a lot of inconvenience and was missing out on a lot of my imp messages. Request airtel to kindly look into this issue.

    @airtelindia even after paying 5days in advance confirmation also for payment, my recharge not happened. Now stopped my connection. Even their office is of no help after showing confirmation msg n bank deduction. How much harrasment I m facing. Why they should not be penalized.

    @Airtel_Presence hardly cares the customer feedback. I hv been asking for enhancing the signal strength so that uninterrupted internet access is possible. I cant use airtel data as it gets disconnected often. Shame on @airtelindia

    @airtelindia this regards to the poor service and about 15 days TAT for the complaint I’d 31-3783830995968. First of all the 121 service is pathetic and it’s black hole if we connect we don’t get resolution I do not see any transparency and zero complaint claimed by you.

    @airtelindia made 2 bulk packages - one halferly and one annual. still airtel keeps asking me to pay monthly. 3 complaints for refund. no action taken. hopeless service
