    Poor Service @airtelindia I raised another request for a new connection and I got a call in 1 hour only and promising to activate within 24 hours then how come no resolution for existing customers till 5 days. Pls, don't go for @airtelindia as don't care about customer experience

    @airtelindia I have a billing issue and have been trying to use n call the customer care help line numbers but just unable to connect . It’s a good reason to stay offline and bill extra to your customers. Even during the day time the customer care numbers don’t connect.

    @airtelindia a/c no.3029674260.we were locked down and we didn't use the TV for more than 45 days and charged recently and from that account you deducted some amount as removal from suspended State.don't understand ur logic that if you don't recharge it goes to suspend mode

    @airtelindia we are facing issue since morning in Manikonda, Hyderabad. This people have disconnected the main connection and we are suffering with our work. Kindly do this kind of maintenance work on weekends so that work will mpt suffer. Nowadays people are doing wfh.

    @airtelindia Team, I have raised a complaint on 2nd June with number 118111028 and no resolution yet.they close the ticket without resolution and I reopen it again. But at the end it is now 7 days with no internet. This is the response for Airtel Platinum customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Rgd 08040921320. My credit card has done a yearly payment of Rs.12315/- by mistake and now I called cust care they moved me to monthly 999 plan and now it seems they will credit only Rs.9327 that too after 15 days from now. customer for 10 years
