@airtelindia Dont go with Airtel it’s worst then any other I was useing act previously that was good but they frequently charge penalties then I shifted to hathway that is aslo good but it take 24 hours to resolve prblms then I took Airte and got to know it is even worst than local internet

Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

@airtelindia guys waste of using airtel network if possible you can port for other networks.I got net issue and was not resolved.getting 2g speed but deducted was 4g data no use of calling customercare they are asking to port as they cant do anything.very bad on ur part @airtel
