@airtelindia Very disappointed with AIRTEL network in my area. I am not able to use network for video streaming and also for other works . Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

As you are not listening my problem now i'm planning to port my number to another network. In my family we have 3 connection of airtel network. We are going to change our network .If you can solve the problem within 48 hours then we can stay on airtel network @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a fantastic service…. I request for additional Data pack … and got approved and activated in just few hours… and when it’s comes to network issues… you needs weeks time to detect and for Sollution we have to wait for months

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia if the recharge fails, do u ask 10 questions to refund or automatically it's get refund. The payment failed due to VI server issue and they are asking my sim number.. last 10 call details, ID, Adress proof, last 3 recharge amount, 3 frequently called numbers.....
