    @airtelindia Very disappointed with AIRTEL network in my area. I am not able to use network for video streaming and also for other works . Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

    As you are not listening my problem now i'm planning to port my number to another network. In my family we have 3 connection of airtel network. We are going to change our network .If you can solve the problem within 48 hours then we can stay on airtel network @airtelindia

    3. There are no cellular network except @BSNL_KL and scanty @airtelindia where even sending whatsapp msgs was task. To add to that there is no option of buying BSNL SIM at any of the island or at Kochin airport .

    Network outrage everytime. AIRTEL BROADBAND is worst Network. It cannot be trusted anymore. I am changing my broadband. Very worst support. Choosing AIRTEL Broadband going for office work is going to cost my job. Airtel Broadband unreliable. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hi I get recharge done every month from the prepaid plan issued by you. But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Why is the validity not covered for the entire month as per the recharge? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If SMS does not work, how can I lodge a complaint?! Your IVR does not have an option to complain about SMS and no option to speak to anyone as well? So, what's should I do? Too much of an automation, that too an incomplete one.
