But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Pranjal das (@pranjal_das_) reported from Barpeta Road, Assam@airtelindia Very disappointed with AIRTEL network in my area. I am not able to use network for video streaming and also for other works . Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

In my family we have 3 connection of airtel network. We are going to change our network .If you can solve the problem within 48 hours then we can stay on airtel network @airtelindia

xae (@mohit1a) reported@airtelindia 3/3 I also tried the ₹49 "Unlimited Data for 1 Day" pack around 9 PM. By about 12 AM, the data had slowed so much that it was almost impossible to use. If I'm paying for a full day, why is the service effectively usable for only a few hours? Please explain.

This morning, instead of the status of the refund, I get a SMS saying a new technician has been assigned. Over email, @airtelindia now says they cannot cancel the connection, after saying it's already done on Thursday.
