But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

Due to this , almost 18 hrs took to repair breakdowns. This time it's happening 3 times/week
