    As you are not listening my problem now i'm planning to port my number to another network. In my family we have 3 connection of airtel network. We are going to change our network .If you can solve the problem within 48 hours then we can stay on airtel network @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with AIRTEL network in my area. I am not able to use network for video streaming and also for other works . Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

    @airtelindia WiFi down since yesterday 3pm in Powai area. No resolution, no responses. Impossible to reach customer support when it’s walled off by AI chat bots. 3rd time in 2 weeks. Support is terrible. Is Tata or Jio any better?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 40+ days. 8+ SRs. AirFiber fails after my corporate VPN connects. Same VPN works on every other network. No L2/L3 team. Tickets closed without contact. Can't fix it. Can't disconnect it. Who is accountable?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Why are you doing the fake promotion of 5G speed....what you are not able to provide the 5G services. Many time I have raised the complaints for network issues but every time complaints has been closed without providing any solution.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews To be honest, if you’re unable to fix this issue, please let me know clearly. I will switch to another network. I cannot continue spending ₹49 every day just to use unlimited data when I have already paid for an ₹838 5G Unlimited plan. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel5GIndia @Airtel_Presence I am so frustrated with the 5G service provided by airtel. Even after repeated complain they are not able to provide solution. Their customer service executive are not even know what is solution to customer's problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While subscribed 21 OTT plan in Airtel black ,I am feeling frustrated. When I pay for a premium subscription, i expect an ad-free experience, and having interruptions every 10 minutes defeats the purpose of that service.

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I faced a similar issue a year back. In my case they had picked up the modem but still kept harassing me over phone for return of modem until some 30-45 days back. No amount of informing the telecaller that modem has been picked up helped.

    @airtelindia If my connection is not restored immediately,I will have no option but to cancel my Airtel Xstream Fiber subscription and switch to another provider.I expect this issue to be resolved on priority.

    @Shlok0 @airtelbank @airtelindia Complain to the RBI ombudsman if they don’t fix this. Charging so much for fees n crap leading to a massive minus amount is illegal.
