Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. I request you to kindly look into this personally and provide a permanent solution, not another assurance. Regards, Dr. Pankaj Varshney

I have just 5 days left. It makes no sense to take 500GB nd der is no lower option available. I would need to cancel this plan altogether

Calls frequently fail/drop, take 1-2 minutes to connect and often have no voice. Internet also doesn’t work despite full signal. Almost all Airtel users are facing the same issue. Shame on you.
