But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

Even outdoor coverage is very weak, causing poor signal and slow data. Please investigate and improve the network coverage in this area.

As app chatbox is stuck to previous service request, which is already resolved.. No help from call centre either... As they also are not able to register complaint.. Very disappointing
