But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

Also received assurance of ₹1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.

However, what does Priority 5G actually mean if signals and network are weak from their side? We need proper service, not a marketing gimmick. Airtel is responsible for providing stronger signals and good network coverage.
