But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my number to another network.

Then I was not able to do anything for a month because in a month only once you can do or else you have to purchase subscription. Again today I set after one month and same issue

Both numbers indicate that the dialled number does not exist. @jagograhakjago These are official consumer grievance helpline numbers and should be reachable. Kindly check if there is any issue or restriction from Airtel’s side and resolve it at the earliest. Please confirm why these numbers are not accessible through your network.
