    Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

    @airtelindia worst service. Don't fall into the pit with their promises. I was promised 100Mbps and after payment installation everything they say 40Mbps is the max speed limit for the broadband. Now chasing the customer service for my refund!! 🙄🙄 #AirtelSucks

    @airtelindia First give 4G signal.. You are the worse network in india. Who takes hard earned money without providing services.. Good luck for your future. Going to shut down in few days if you continue in the same way @Airtel_Presence .

    Hey @airtelindia want to port from my existing network to your network. Need to port around 7 numbers to airtel. Went to airtel store at abids Hyderabad and they say that prepaid is not available and forcing me to go with postpaid. Your team is prooving my decision wrong to port

    @airtelindia i think there was a big problem at this morning in airtel's connection , that you connect a call ,then instead of ringing it just beeps and cut down but the main thing is missed call is shown on other side but phone doesn't rang at other side also.

    @airtelindia AirTel 4G net not working in Mumbai local train route (Churchgate to Virar). Atleast try to have a balanced network infrastructure of 4G for commuters travelling on this route or alternatively 2G speed before launching 5G service.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Great service provider by you(Airtel India). You and your Customer Care Executive is forcing to change the Service Provider. Mobile recharge today 07.18am. Balence deducted from my account, but customer care says to wait for 4 hour. Great service!
