@airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

@JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

@airtelindia I've been trying to request for secondary DTH connection against my primary DTH 3028284300-001 Despite multiple requests via 121 they are unable to log a request due to some technical issue. This is very disappointing and am really frustrated chasing customer care.

Hi @airtelindia, the broadband gets disconnected once in 10 days. When I complain they assure the problem won’t repeat. But it’s false coz they don’t find a permanent solution. No connection today too. Maybe it will happen on alternate days!!
