    @airtelindia Your Gachibowli branch at Hyderabad offered me free broadband connection for one month on trial. I want to disconnect due to poor connectivity and service . Informed 121 .But asking for amount . No dues . paid bill. Very disappointing . Call me on 9167724112.

    @airtelindia ph no is 9895555544. Took a new sim today evening. Old sim got disconnected. New sim hasn't been activated. When checked with Customer care, told that it will take 24hrs to activate. That is the new policy. Is this a joke???
