    @airtelindia Airtel is unable to keep to promises. Many are not getting the bb speeds promised. It is a breach of contract and customers deserve concessions, refunds. It is illegal to accept money and not provide service. 4 days my request not looked into. Disciplinary action??

    @Idea the worst service provider in the country. I've made a postpaid recharge to my number through @Paytm once on 30 June & 15 June twice (today) & the balance shows zero but amount is deducted from my account. What's the problem? @airtelindia is much better than this.

    @airtelindia I notice my Broadband speed falling as low as 200kbp s and to zero every now and then. Especially when we are using Zoom. Have been raising complaint for months, it improves momentarily for some time and same once the ticket is closed.its frustrating

    Worresshhht service from @airtelindia DTH . I strictly recommend to avoid this if you r looking for a new dth connection. Era customer support option a ivvara meeru ? And don't promote " we always open to your questions". Shitty customer suport 😡😡😡
