@airtelindia nobody bothers about the complaint of one single connection how would Airtel expect to switch to Airtel Black that's a scam every now n then broadband doesn't work great services....Bravo!!!!!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You have built such a system that a prepaid consumer can never approach you directly. It's almost impossible to speak to somebody at 198. Your IVR does not even accept prompts. No way to contact you by email. And you provide no resolutions.
