    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please train your technicians... I had my new Wi-Fi Installed and he threw nails and clips all over the ground in the house... And even streched my old jio Fiber clip so it doesn't work...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I ordered a prepaid sim from airtel app on Saturday expected to receive next day as per the claim. Received on 5th day that too after multiple claims. Now the actual phone number is not visible anywhere in the sim envelope and customer care cant tell me my new phone number, and above all this cc executive said he dont know the steps to activate a new sim. This is for the airtel black customer.

    @airtelindia for a pathetic network they have increased plan rate by 30-40% now , @DoT_India @TRAI we know you can't even speak single word against Airtel or Jio, and we know WHY????

    @Zentrix05 @airtelindia 5G is a fraud. I recharged with the 399 unlimited plan in a 5G-covered area, but I do not get unlimited 5G. When I complained, they said the issue was resolved, but it was never fixed. When I visited the store, they simply told me to switch to a postpaid connection to get 5g
