    In recent times @airtelindia not concentrating on 4g users they only concentrating on #5G ...... I was suffering lot on these days my network speed is less tham a 0.25 maps..... What a worst network in rural areas

    It has been 3 days since my broadband service is down after your maintenance @airtelindia . Multiple calls and support ticket have been raised but not resolution. Absolutely garbage. 2 of my service are up for renewal and will surely cancel them both.

    hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why you have made it mandatory to have recharge of minimum ₹199 to receive important msgs like adhar otp bank otp etc. why ? there should be facility to have a very minimal amount to resume atleast messaging service

    @airtelindia Please let us know how to talk with a customer care agent....Pathetic service and system...Unable to connect with a human for the last 3 hours ...same thing is getting repeated and you ppl boast of Best Customer Service...Shame on you people.

    Hi @airtelindia Fed up with Airtel Xstream Fiber support. I've been reporting poor WiFi coverage in the very next room for months, and instead of fixing the problem, the only response I get is "use a WiFi extender." Seriously? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia from last 2 days our Wi-Fi is not working. Make sure u less Wi-Fi charges in bill of these 2 days and coming days when the Wi-Fi is not working. @DoT_India
