    @airtelindia my wifi has been down since 30 june 2026 and my recharge ended on 5 th July 2026 . Your executive asked me to recharge to start it and yet it didn't start I have been frustrated from 30 june no resolution thinking of terminating our relationship with airtel.

    It's been 5 days and my Airtel Black Xstream Fiber is still not working despite multiple follow-up calls and repeated assurances. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Can someone from @AirtelIndia please take ownership and resolve this issue immediately?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,it's been 3 days, we got IPTV issue and raised the case as well. However still the issue has not been resolved. My family is staying without TV for almost 4 days. Kindly help to resolve at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a Airtel black customer and yet i m facing frequent disconnection issues. Surprisingly the wifi turns on minutes before your executive visit to check, and goes out within hours. A good loop hole found by them Do something or refund my money
