    In recent times @airtelindia not concentrating on 4g users they only concentrating on #5G ...... I was suffering lot on these days my network speed is less tham a 0.25 maps..... What a worst network in rural areas

    @airtelindia I have been dealing with an unresolved Airtel Black billing issue for MONTHS despite repeated complaints, calls and emails. Your own executives have acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it, yet I continue to be overcharged.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews extremely disappointed by the level of customer service offered by Airtel execs in Sector 49 Gurugram. Despite being a loyal Airtel Black customer, unable to get my wifi fixed after 3 days of constant waiting and follow ups. Pathetic!

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presenc, not every customer needs more data or OTT subscriptions. As a 4G user needing just 1GB–1.5GB/day, I want a recharge plan tailored to my actual consumption. When will Airtel introduce customizable packs for users? Awaiting your reply. @TRAI

    @airtelindia i am trying to register for iptv through you all for last 10 days ... For every request I make thought app... team calls up and as soon as I inform them wifi is already installed and all I need is iptv... they just hang up ...

    Airtel network has become pathetic, especially for postpaid users. No proper internet for days, yet the bills arrive perfectly on time. 🤡 Customer service is equally useless—no resolution, only frustration. What exactly are we paying for, @airtelindia? @Airtel_Presence
