    .@airtelindia You treat customers who had a death in the family horribly. Airtel HQ unresponsive and phone blocked for 30 days after death..even after following all processes and when your own store says it should be allowed. Does no one at airtel care about basic humanity? @TRAI

    I wish i had your network here but as i have since in last week that it took 4 working days and total 6 days to just get information about the availability of installation. This shows the speed of airtel work. Not impressed at all. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Swatiprakash14 @airtelindia I have faced the same issue with my Airtel postpaid connection. Then I shifted to their prepaid service for cheaper plans with new sim, surprisingly I got network and internet henceforth. So may be refreshing the old sim with a new one did the trick.
