@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's more than 2 months since my mother's phone has been facing network issues. Your outlet replaced the sim card and says that there is no guarantee on the durability. If you can't provide services let us know, we will port to a different provider.

I am here in Kantal, Uttarakhand, but where are your mobile signals @airtelindia Instead of launching 5G first, try to get the basic signal towers here first in this not remote location. It's just 1.5 hours from Mussoorie. Take note @airtelindia

@airtelindia it's been one week since I purchased the Airtel black and paid the whole amount but broadband service still not installed. Salesman has not been responding my call since then.pls cancel my connection and refund my money ASAP. Didn't expect such a pathetic service.

@airtelindia I have already disconnected my airtel broadband but I getting the bill twice a month, you have the worst customer care who doesn’t even have the knowledge about their systems. I am still getting the bill even after the router has been collected.@jagograhakjago
