    Great job, Airtel. You send someone immediately to sell a Wi-Fi connection, happily book an installation slot, and then nobody shows up. No call, no update, and no one answers the phone either. Selling is lightning fast; delivering the service is apparently optional.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence iam receiving call from 9994041209 to ask me to top-up my data and there is a voice call diverting to a payment link. actually I have this problem from recharge my phone from a airtel partner with Rs. 299.00 @ 1.5gb per day and another 0.5gb as

    Worst ever wifi and voice call services by @airtelindia in Nirjuli. Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

    @Airtel_Presence Update: The technician visited just now and resolved the internet issue. The Wi-Fi is working fine now. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for sorting this out, though the 6 days of downtime caused major inconvenience. Request you to ensure stable services ahead.

    Hey Airtel, at least reply. We know you're one of the biggest telecom networks, but the complete lack of response is disappointing. Please acknowledge my issue and provide an update. I'm still waiting for your support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Out of 30 days, @airtelindia spends 15 blaming “technical issues.” At this point, the outage is more consistent than the internet. #poorcustomerservice

    Dear @airtelindia , if your network is going to be down for 15 out of 30 days because of “technical issues,” maybe start billing us for only the other 15. Paying full price for half a service is ridiculous. #poorcustomerservice
