In recent times @airtelindia not concentrating on 4g users they only concentrating on #5G ...... I was suffering lot on these days my network speed is less tham a 0.25 maps..... What a worst network in rural areas

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have contacted customer care multiple times over past 2 days for broadband disconnection but each time no one handles process and starts telling all schemes and forcing to continue connection. No one coming for disconnecting the broadband. Horrible

@airtelindia my broadband no. 053246904488 outage since 18Mar21. Lodged several complaints throu call 2 cust care/ email but nothing done till date. No one even visited. Rec'd msg that issue resolved or we are still working. Airtel resorted to doing fraud wid cust. Hopeless org
