    Hello @airtelindia - if I am travelling and need to use the unlimited 5G hotspot to connect my laptop, you're saying I can't even do that now? Pls clarify...because if the answer is no, you can't do it - I'm switching away from your network today. No DM bullshit.

    Still absolutely NO resolution to my Wi-Fi KYC. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI your service is completely pathetic and your customer support is an absolute joke. Stop copy-pasting the same useless automated replies and actually fix the garbage connection I’m paying.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been several days since my Wi-Fi stopped working, and I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. Every time I contact customer support, I'm redirected to a technician who never responds. This is extremely frustrating.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been without internet for hours while your app keeps repeating the same automated promises. Buying Airtel WiFi was one of my biggest mistakes. The moment my plan ends, I'm switching to another provider. Absolutely pathetic service.

    Everyday getting minimum 6 call to recharge the broadband w** is going on I don’t know Airtel can’t inform or any message from their side as a solution didn’t receive! dear @airtelindia do the needful on priority im done with daily calls

Paying ₹2500/month for such poor service is unacceptable. If not fixed, I’ll switch to another network. Please resolve ASAP. #Airtel
