    @airtelindia I recharged with the ₹39 3GB Data Pack about an hour ago, but the data has still not been credited to my number.The payment was successful and the amount was deducted.Please activate the 3GB data as soon as possible. Please resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI 2/4 Every time you just give a complaint number and a new resolution date. But the actual problem is still the same. Nothing is improved. Now Airtel is talking about 5G/6G and next generation network, but in rural areas you are not even able to provide proper 4G service.

    @airtelindia do you guys really care?? Can’t even connect to an agent for disconnection of my wifi, instead they have paused my wifi service and are charging for it also. Pathetic service, I will have to shift my mobile connection to domestic operator now i guess. Please respond asap

    Worst service by @airtelindia! Their sales rep promised installation within 2–24 hrs, and took the payment. After waiting 2 days, I was told there’s no tower in my area. Now the rep isn’t answering calls. Customer care says refund will be processed, no refund. Please resolve ASAP

    @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing service from a company I’m paying for. I’ve been facing a network issue for around a month. I raised a support ticket, but it was marked as “completed” without actually resolving the problem. .
