Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

Pathetic service by @airtelindia A simple sim swap is taking 4 days, it's too much mental torture to customer. The Magrpatta Pune store has gone low in all levels of customer service but no sorry face. I have been associated with Airtel for many years but this is the end of it.

You know which is the worst network service provider in India ... Yeah it's one n only @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .... Our Airtel wifi isn't working even after recharging and they're just saying that you have to wait for three days and it's been a week... :(

@airtelindia your broadband service have frequent outages. In the last 6 months I have faced more than 10 outages some beyond 12 hour. Really pathetic service. My local provider had better availability than you.

@airtelindia When he enquired about it over customer care service, they told that your payment got stuck in the gateway and you have to recharge again and we have reversing your payment.
