    Airtel stoled money from customer by consuming more data on internet. My data plan is 3GB/day but when i compared with another network AIRTEL consumed data very fast on same browsing. @airtelindia @HRDMinistry

    @Airtel_Presence While u r busy trying make an excuse here, the engineers have visited the site and somewhat rectified the problem. @airtelindia look into these excuses being used as tool in the social media. @DoT_India any action for giving false information to the consumers?

    Last month @airtelindia gave me a bill with ISD calls I never made, told me different stories and never resolved the issue as promised. Was forced to pay the bill to avoid late fee. If there was no lockdown I wouldn't continue one more day with Airtel.

    What a rubbish network being provided by @airtelindia!! If only @DoT_India & @TRAI provide a provision that an operator could be sued for a trash quality network. This and that of all promises being India's no.1 network. Come out of VIP areas, get a hold of the reality. 😡😡

    @airtelindia Paying a hefty amount every month for Airtel Fiber, only to be left without internet for 2 straight days. customer care keeps spamming bot replies, and nobody gives a timeline or takes ownership.I’m not paying for this useless connection. Fix it now or disconnect it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Called support on 9810012345, executive kept asking me to call 121 even after explaining I can’t from my Jio SIM. Refused to raise a request for my disconnected broadband. Is this the support customers should expect?

    @airtelindia dearest airtel, I have been complaining about my internet connection since April of 2026 to a point where I stop recharging for 2 months. Which resulted in 1) I was offered 15 days extra with my 1 Month recharge, which did not happen. Even after issue was raised

    Hey @airtelindia, How long do customers have to suffer? Every single power cut = Airtel Fiber goes offline. When the internet does work, the speed is nowhere near what was promised. I've been facing this for months, yet there has been no permanent solution. #Airtel #AirtelFib
