    Was in need of a #Landline, thought @airtelindia could help with it, but it seems @airtelindia is not #tech #savvy yet, @TRAI has allowed #VoIP, #BSNL is using it for Mobile Numbers, and it would take ages for #BSNL to hit the #Landlines, @airtelindia please bring #VoIP

    @airtelindia can you please check your network strength in Kolkata New Town area, I'm having the worst experience with your network, can't even make a call properly. Don't force your user to switch to Jio network.

    @airtelindia Hey Team, Wow that's sounds good! You guys we're replying same lines from last 1yr but still you site were not upgraded. #wtf Are you guys really upgrading or just telling lie to the customers. In this 1 year 3-4 visits were done by your team and still no improvement.

    Moving to a new place , things to be done (first thing first) 1. Change default home address for @swiggy_in , @Uber & @bigbasket_com , @amazonIN 2. Get a broadband connection (@reliancejio slow responses makes me @airtelindia customer) And most things get sorted !

    @airtelindia please stop claiming that you are fastest network. I was bought new sim 17 Nov and raise issue regards slow internet 4G. On 18 Nov. But no reply & not resolve the problem till now your Exicutive give time to me till 2 Dec 2020. It is too much fast. Too much buffering

    @airtelindia Really unhappy with your customer service, had placed in the request for porting to airtel from vodafone and paid ₹750/- upfront, however due to some personal reason the porting couldn’t be processed. Now running from pillar to post for my refund.

    Airtel sets a goal of 0 complain, and I can see that in the near future there will 0 complain to Airtel. Coz the network has become so worst, in future there will no customer to file a complain. 0 customer, 0 complain. OP Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
