@Airtel_Presence Customer Care called me back and provided an email id to raise the complaint. Did it but didn't receive any reply. Finally got new connection from @DishTV_India @airtelindia you lost a customer with 6 connections and an opportunity to work with our other properties too.

My broadband is down since morning. Airtel has very poor customer service. The last time this happened, it took 2-3 days for fixing the issue. I don't think that I would be able to continue my connection if this problem occurs so, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia solve it ASAP.

@airtelindia I recharged and the pack has 2 GB data, I had a previous balance of 1.5 GB data valid 7 days logically the previous pack should be used first but Airtel has a wonderful system when I spoke to the customer service I was told that the new pack would be used up first
