    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

    (1) I recharged my Airtel number with 99rs pack to send Port message because I don't waste any money before porting. But i couldn't send message using my main balance. So i called customer care. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been getting constant calls and harassment from Airtel customer care, Kolkata. There’s specifically one or two executives who are continously calling and using bad language, harassing and asking about a payment which haa already been made.

    @airtelindia very disappointed with ur service of broadband connection shifting from Noida 2 Kolkata. Raised service request 120101382 more than 15 days ago. No response from ur end nor could I reach ur customer care. Plz respond ASAP or let me know if I should get another vendor

    @airtelindia Lots of time I am complain regarding voice break issue my Home Location from last 40 days but till date No solution provide from your end. If we delayed one day from bill payment you have charged late fee but from last 40 days you didnt resolve one complain?

    I have filed a complaint for not receiving msgs on @airtelindia number and imagine what. The very next day the phone number got disabled. Thereafter, changed the sim thrice but nothing changed.. Can you help resolving this issue @Airtel_Presence
