    Moving to a new place , things to be done (first thing first) 1. Change default home address for @swiggy_in , @Uber & @bigbasket_com , @amazonIN 2. Get a broadband connection (@reliancejio slow responses makes me @airtelindia customer) And most things get sorted !

    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    The worst service have i ever seen the broadband connection of Airtel xtream fibre. From 21/05/2020 the exchange that gives the service in north 24 parganas kolkata region has not been functioning. Till when the problem will be resolved.@Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia & @TRAI

    @airtelindia We looking for a DTH connection on urgent basis. Already booked the same on yesterday via Airtel website. Also received a call for urgent installation but till now no body bother to install the same. If possible kindly support to resolve this.

    @airtelindia without any prior notification why we were suffering network issue last night. Very poor service. Displayed emergency calls only.there was no signal from 11.50 pm to approx. 3 am.

    @airtelindia my complaint no 117867516 for wifi network down due to amphan on 20th was registered only on 27th inspite of mailing to your nodal and appellate authority. Till date it is not restored and you have audacity to send me bill on 4h June @TRAI @DoT_India

    Guys pls don’t ever ever install @airtelindia wifi. Firstly, the service and connection is pathetic.Secondly,this company is carrying out fraud with it’s customers.Their App is the most pathetic one and if you wish to discontinue their service you will only receive frustration.
