    And when I searched dif there is any issue with my device or area.. I came to such an answer from an ex CSD employee of airtel... this is pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a loyal customer for over a decade and I don't expected to get such pathetic service from airtel

    @airtelindia I asked your execs to cancel the service, and that I would go with another connection. Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.
